The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Hanoi's old quarter - lots of bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops within 10's feet, absolutely ideal. The staff we interacted with were all fantastic. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and recommended excellent places to eat and drink. The receptionist also booked us a taxi to get us to the airport at 5am no problem at all. I would definitely recommend others to stay here!

Very little me and my friends didn't like about the hotel. Larger bottles of water in the room would have been appreciated.

It was very cheap yet worth the stay. The hotel is very clean, accessible to the city, the staffs are very friendly and helpful (thanks to Hai). It’s our first time in Hanoi and Hai gave us a map for the tourist destinations that we could go in Hanoi. Never regret why we chose this hotel. I mean for a cheaper price it already includes breakfast. Not only that, they have also some spa and other services. This hotel is all in one! If we go back in Hanoi, we will definitely be staying here. Highly Recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the old quarter so a plethora of shops, restaurants and the like are just around the corner. However, the highlight of my stay was the staff who made me feel extremely welcome from start to finish. Treated me more like a friend than a stranger/guest :) All the staff is extremely helpful when it comes to recommending places to eat, finding your way around or just accommodating the needs of such a demanding guest like myself :D Plus it's on the cheap side :) Highly recommend this hotel :)

I personally haven't really been bothered by loud noise from outside but some people might not be fond of that. I still greatly enjoyed my stay :)

Good location, friendly & helpful staff that were very happy to assist with travel recommendations and planning. At this hotel I had a couple of the best massages that I received during my time in Hanoi, Vietnam. Cannot rate the breakfast as I only grabbed a banana on a couple of days. Free wifi was reliable.

Balcony could do with a good clean and some basic outdoor furniture.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Very close to the bus stop that we needed to be at the next morning. Also very close to nightlife if we wanted to go out.

The hotel shares a wall with a nightclub. However, the staff informed us as we checked in that it can get VERY noisy, which they were right about. We appreciated the honest heads up from them. This place would be great for people looking to enjoy the nearby nightlife. We only stayed one night, so it was fine for us, and we must've gotten lucky because the music from the club next door ended around midnight (I've heard it can go later).

Walking distance to everywhere in the center and large comfortable beds.

It was right in the middle of a party street, meaning that when we stayed Saturday night on arrival in a room between 2 clubs, it was hard to sleep for the noise. They were kind enough to move us to another room our 2 following nights here, with less noise but still some from the street. Think twice if you are a light sleeper, otherwise a great place! 👍

The front desk greet me with energy when I arrived the hotel. The staffs were helpful enough with my concerns and arranged everything I need. The room is clean and spacious and most importantly it has hot showers which I really like.

It is situated in the heart of old quarter so expect it would be really noisy at night as clubs are near by the hotel.

We got a free upgrade as soon as we were checking in to a room higher up and away from the club next door - the receptionist recommended this so it would be quieter. It is very close to everything in the old quarter - everything within walking distance. Staff was attentive. It is right next door to a motorcycle rental shop so that was very handy in the morning. Would recommend staying here

Not the comfiest beds in the world but you don't visit Vietnam for the comfy beds ;) No shower curtain around the tub so water all over the floor

We enjoyed the breakfast.The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped book a day trip to Nihn Binh at a reasonable price. They helped make everything easy for us. We really appreciated their help
