We made the villa our home base for 5 nights. It was out of the way, and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool and the view were great. The breakfast was more than we expected, the fresh orange juice was great. We explored quite a bit around Ronda, lots to see and do. The house cat Nala was the perfect host, visiting us occasionally, and providing us just enough attention.

We were in cabin #1, and we noticed a strange sewer smell. The hosts attended to it immediately, but the smell although not as strong still lingered. We experienced this in other places in Spain, it could just be the plumbing, and gases backing up.

House is beautiful and the location too. Peacefull piece of nature with olives, views, flowers etc. There is a pool too. It was really nice refreshment during the hot day. Breakfast is with no so many options but delicious and nice. There is always local ham, cheese and freshly squeezed juice. Jose is magnificant host. You can ask him whatever you want. He speaks Spanish, Italian and English a bit but enough. Rooms are spatious with large bathroom.

Everything was great! Just one little note : on booking there is laundry listed like facility available but that is not true. Recommend to move it from the list..

Host very helpful and could not do enough for us. Unusual to get there, as sat nave ends, but once there, the villa was idealic with a mountain view. It was a self contained unit and was well equiped. Comfortable bed and clean. Breakfast included with this stay...and a very fair price. There was even an ornamental pond and walk over bridge...sculptured carvings and nicely set out. The villa breakfast room was also great and easy access. Very impressed with the whole experience... good luck for the future...

Only improvement i could suggest is some curtains on the entrance door as the hall could be overlooked from the next cabin. The blinds were semi opaque so you have little privacy in the lounge and hall. But given how good everything else was our stay was great, and would definitely stay again. The host was clearly a person who caters for the guests very well.

This was a perfect space for a reset in nature, and having the cottage all to myself was absolutely wonderful. Looking out over the amazing view every morning with a cup of coffee and a book was truly therapeutic! The staff was also very helpful and provided a small heater when I asked, as the cabin was a bit chilly at this time of year.

It would have been nice to have a few more essentials in the kitchen - like tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper. The breakfast is also quite simple and could include a piece of fruit or yogurt in addition.

Stayed 2 nights here, the views are lovely and the property and gardens are well maintained and clean. We stayed in a little bungalow which was great and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice to sit and relax by. The hosts were friendly and kindly gave us an early breakfast when we asked for it. Free parking onsite. I would recommend it if you’re visiting Ronda but you need a car as it’s a short drive to Ronda.

No wifi/internet in the bungalow but there is wifi in the main building.

Stunning views, authentic main building and terrace. That's the main advantage. Good place for 1-2 nights stay for the price. Chalet is small, with kitchen (plates, kettle, cups, can cook). Rooms clean.

No attractions/activities at the site, so it is not suitable for all day long. Late breakfast, 9:00. Not buffet. Freshly squized orange juice, bread, butter, ham (spanish jamon), coffee (americano free, capsules 1€) and tea. Wifi in the main building, speed ok. No wifi in the chalets. 4G mobile internet weak signal. Drinking water for additional charge.

Fabulous setting - with views over the open countryside. Lovely friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely garden and clean pool.

Breakfasts could have been more interesting - only ham and cheese or cheap tasteless cereal every day. Eggs scrambled or fried would have been a nice offering and a decent muesli with yogurt and fruit would have been nice.

Set in a stunning location, with lovely grounds and with fantastic views. We stayed in a chalet that overlooked it all and could have spent our whole time there. A really nice pool, that is lit up at night. Friendly staff. Recommended. Apart from Ronda, there is a nice river walk not far away at the Estacion de Benaojan, and Montejaque is very beautiful town and it and its surroundings are well worth exploring.

Yes, the chalet is small, a bit tired around the edges and lacking a few touches like hooks and shelves, but we still loved our stay.

The pool area wasn't tidied at the end of the day. Pool loungers, tables, parasols still higgledy piggeldy from the previous days sunbathing. Not cared for. Ants 🐜 ++

This place is a beautiful oasis of tranquility. I was originally planning to stay just one night but ended up staying three. The Casa in an old villa, with stunning period features throughout. The room (and bed) was very comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed just sitting on the terrace reading and wandering around the grounds, enjoying the view of Arriate. I was on foot, which was fine as the town is only a 30 min walk and had restaurants and shops, all you need really. Maria, the manager, was perfectly attentive throughout and even kindly gave me a lift to Ronda on my final day from where I was getting a train to my next destination. I have been walking in Andalusia for two weeks and this has been my favourite place so far - I heartily recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful and restorative break. Jamie, UK.
