The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the city centre. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly, and they prepare amazing cappuccinos in the morning, which are great to start your day with.

A good location handy to train and bus stations. Only had one evening meal there which was very good and a reasonable price. Staff were helpful.

Thought the breakfasts could have been better with the provision of cheese/meats etc which are provided in most Sicilian hotels.

Check in process!!! 1. I told the staff when I would be there. I was there early yet no body showed up. Ironically I saw a person walk toward me and thought great, “here they are” yet they walked right past me and walked up the street. After about 10 minutes of waiting I walked to a local coffee shop just to use wifi, as I have no cell service when I travel. So need to find wifi when I can. So emailed the the property, got a response a little bit later and said they were there. So walked back, front door was opened and lugged my bags up the stairs to the office. While in the office I was very surprised, the gal that “walked past me in the street and kept walking” was there, in the office. Part of the staff… I guess getting an afternoon espresso was more important then opening the door for a customer! It was obvious as I had a duffle bag and back pack on and standing in front of their door. 2. No elevator, and this place had a lot of steps… So if ya book this place, be in shape…
