The facility felt very safe which is important to me. Not too much noise from adjoining units. Good location-close to Branson and all the things we wanted to do. Unit had all the basics.

Wasn't as clean as I have experienced at other units I have rented. Just a few things: -patio grill was nice but had food on it and there wasn't anything to clean it with -kitchen trashcan was dirty and sticky -blinds in bedroom were broken and allowed light in at night as well as reduced privacy. I rigged it to work but it should be fixed or replaced.

Location was close enough to downtown Branson the drive was short, but we were out of the busy part. We were there for a softball tournament, so the amenities of the condo were very useful and the condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had one hiccup with our key fob not working, but the maintenance man was very quick to respond to resolve the issue within 15 minutes.

Parking was a little hectic by the weekend as more guests arrived and each unit had multiple vehicles. Not a huge deal, just a little crowded.

We loved the room. The room was spacious, but inviting. The bed was heaven! The shower was to die for, water pressure was impressive! The entire room was clean, the facility was quiet, and the staff made sure to assist us with after hours check-in in the simplest way. We would definitely revisit!

We were expecting a little bit better view of the lake from our balcony. Lots of treetops were blocking the view. We also didn't realize it was kind of a ground floor level. Given it was a last minute booked trip, these were most likely renter errors on our end.

I really enjoyed the closeness to Silver Dollar City. When everyone was leaving, we didn’t have to wait in line to go back through Branson or hop on HWY 76. We were able to exit the parking area towards Indian Point and be back at our room within 5 minutes. After a long day of walking around, that was a definite plus. Also, being able to wake up to the view of the lake every morning was nice. The shower size was nice. There was an incident with the water in our building. While we were one of the tenants that were missed being notified during the day, the Emergency Number had us taken care of and moved within 20 minutes. The office staff is extremely helpful and kind. I had called a couple of times to ask different questions about the property, prior to our arrival. They are knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend: 10/10

The hours the office is available for replenishing toiletries and towels and such was a little inconvenient for us for the things we had planned (Christmas Family Vacation).

Love the property. We have been there three times this year. Love the location and the calm quietness. Excited to use the pool and play area next summer. We haven’t been there during open season of the pool yet. The one drawback is that the air conditioning. Even though it was December it got pretty warm in our unit. We had it set on 67*but couldn’t get it below 72* (that was after the sun dropped into the middle of the night) it stayed 74* for the most part but definitely felt warmer than that They did come to look at it and we thought that worked but then it didn’t. When we were there in October this year sort of had the same issue. I don’t know if the company keeps it to where the air won’t go below 71* even though the thermostat is set lower. That’s the only negative I have is the air conditioner could work better for sure. The sun shining in from the balcony and cooking in the kitchen can really warm up a small area in no time. Not being able to get it cooled down without keeping windows and balcony doors open to bring in the cooler air from outside is a bummer because you don’t want to sleep w the balcony door open for bugs to come in. Other than that our family loves this place.

Air conditioning issues They came and looked at it. It started to work but later it just got warmer again. We had one night left and decided just to deal with it

Our condo was fabulous, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

It said it had 3 pools on site and multiple hot tubs. There was only one of both. The hot tub was thrown up in multiple times and I let the maintenance staff know, and all he said was "I noticed that, I should get the pool cleaner here to take care of it" while people were getting in it and not doing anything about it. It smelled horrible and was brown. Another guest got the hose and sprayed the puke from around it. I am not sure how people got in it. So gross.

Very peaceful, and the views were spectacular. You basically have your own "home" for your stay and aren't cramped in a small room like in a hotel . The kitchen also had everything we needed during our stay, utensil and cooking wise.There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a small store if you need something quick. They have a dock area too that you can use , or just enjoy the view from. This place exceeded our expectations. The resort manager even called before our stay to make sure we didn't have any questions and to see if we'd make check-in time. We were already planning our next trip there before we even left.

Absolutely beautiful view of the lake, right from the deck and even better view with just a short walk. Very clean, lots of towels, loved the murphey bed. Plenty of room because there was 3 queen size beds. I liked the location, because it was away from everything and felt secluded, but still only 15 to 20 minutes to go to shows.

The bed was very uncomfortable for me. I didn’t get much sleep. A little too firm since I’m a side sleeper. They didn’t have laundry soap provided and the nearest store was about 15 minutes away. So bring your laundry soap with you!

Resort was very nice. Updated flooring was good. A lot of items provided.

Need some cabinet space for food. All cabinets were full of items. Maybe condense some of the items and open cabinetry for food storage. Also BBQ grills could use updating.

I liked our cabin because it was cute, clean, and in very good condition . If we would have brought our boat it would have been perfect. The towels were also fluffy. The staff really does a good job and keeping it clean.

I do have a few things that I didn’t like. It would have been nice if they had a little camping store on the property that sold ice and a few other basic Essentials. Also the pillows were really hard and thick. That doesn’t sound like a big deal, but when. You’re on vacation it’s not fun to walk around with a stiff neck all day.little things like that really do have a big impact on a vacation.
