We loved everything about this accommodation! Janna and Michele are first and foremost wonderful and kind people :) but they are also wonderful hosts and made us feel like home during our entire stay and gave us useful tips for exploring their breathtaking hometown. For breakfast you can choose from a variety of foods (eggs, fruit, charcuterie etc). Additionally, they order the most delicious sweet and savory handmade pastries from the nearby bakery (I strongly recommend trying the pistacchio croissant! :)). The room itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and modern. I am a light sleeper so I appreciated the thick window glass which cancelled out the noise from the busy street below. Combined with the comfortable bed I slept like a baby every night of our stay. The location is also convenient, with both Mercato del Capo, Teatro Massimo and other major attractions being just a short walk away from the apartment. Overall, if you're looking for a perfect place to stay in Palermo, look no further, this is it. I recommend it with all my heart! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit :)

There was not a single thing about this accommodation that I disliked.

The full experience was simply outstanding! Starting from our arrival where the hosts personally waited until 1.00am to welcome us and arrange all practicalities. The room and the facilities are great. Very well located to be both at ease and walk into the touristic centre of gravity in shorter than 10 minutes. Oustanding breakfast as per personal choice every morning. Adding to above the many recommendations and sharing relevant and useful history on the city during our breakfast conversations with Janna, our host, can be considered as a great finishing touch!

There is nothing to be disliked.

I loved the location, the accommodation, and the room – everything was beautiful and elegantly decorated with great taste. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Janna and her husband were extremely kind and provided all the necessary information, including great tips for restaurants. Parking the car nearby was very easy. The breakfast was simply wonderful, featuring local products from Palermo, all handmade by one of the city’s most prestigious houses. We were welcomed at Casa di Janna with a juice and cannoli that were simply delicious. We loved talking with Janna and her family. If we return to Palermo, this is where I will stay with my family, without a doubt. It was a five-star experience.

We can warmly recommend this place! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and the utmost politeness, the hosts are incredibly kind and clearly passionate about what they do. It shows in every little detail. We arrived around 11am, and they just let us check in immediately. The bed was absolutely amazing, one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. The bedding was soft and luxurious, and everything felt spotlessly clean and beautifully new. Breakfast was a real highlight: the selection was impressive, with both sweet and savory options, fresh pastries, fruit, local specialties, and a variety of drinks. Everything could be adjusted to our preferences, and we truly felt cared for. We also received great tips for places to visit in the area. Overall, it was a joyful, relaxing, and harmonious experience. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer. A heartfelt thank you for this timeless moment!

Our experience with JANNA and MICHELE was exceptional. Prior to our arrival, we communicated with JANNA regarding means of arrival and parking. She arranged a driver to meet us at the airport and deliver us to the front door of Fervore Luxury Apartments. Upon arriving at the residence, JANNA and MICHELE welcomed us as if we were long-time friends. They presented us with a welcome "snack" and put any concerns we had at ease. Daily, JANNA and MICHELE prepared a breakfast to our order. They presented us with maps of Palermo; recommended routes for sight-seeing points of interest; suggested restaurants; everything a "tourist" needs to experience and enjoy Palermo.

We have no criticisms of Fervore Luxury apartments. Our stay was as close to ideal as possible.

It is in a more luxury location of Palermo which was really good for us even if it would mean a 15-20 mins walk to the city centre. Very good owner and they are doing their best to make you comfortable and welcomed. Very clean and big room. We used the parking nearby but it was 30€ which is quite expensive. After seeing the neighbourhood, we would park just on the street which was free of charge.

It would be better if there is a menu to select from for the breakfast. The owners are sharing instructions to order but it is not so easy to follow as we didn’t know many of them. But they were all delicious in the end.

The property is very modern with electronic entry and the rooms have state of the art amenities. Valentina was extremely helpful with any issues and carried our luggage up and down the stairs. The only negative would be the rooms are up 4 flights of stairs so if you have mobility problems this would be an issue. The location is in the middle of all the action so fantastic for site seeing and restaurants. We enjoyed the deck outside our room and the television has many channels in various languages. Breakfast was adequate but not fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Stairs are only negative if you have mobility problems but we didn’t except for the luggage which was taken care of for us.

The best welcome we’ve ever received. From the moment we booked several months ago, Janna followed up on every detail and gave us extra care throughout. On the day of check-in, Janna and her family greeted us with warm smiles and a beautiful selection of traditional Sicilian sweets. Breakfast was truly exceptional. They offered a wide variety of options, freshly picked up that morning from the best bakery in town—just for us. Janna and her family went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. The room itself was beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and fully air-conditioned.

What you will read also in the other reviews is absolutely true. Jana and Michele are very polite and helpful. They will provide you all the necessary information for having a great time, not only in Palermo (sightseeings, restaurants, beaches, transportation), but also in other cities and historic monuments in Sicily, if of course you are interested. The breakfast will be tailored to your preferences, but it will surely include very delicious sweet and/or salty pastry products from one of the best bakeries in Palermo. You surely should try the arancini! The room we stayed was very spacious, with a nice aesthetic. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning silent (you will need it in the summer because of the hot weather and high humidity in Palermo). The bathroom had all the amenities. Another characteristic of Fervore Luxury Rooms one should consider is how quite it is. During our vacation in Sicily we stayed in other cities and accommodations and their common characteristic was the non-satisfactory level of sound proofing from the rooms next to ours. Overall, we strongly recommend Fervore Luxury Rooms for your stay in Palermo.

There was nothing we did not like

The warm and caring welcome extended by Janna and Michaele and the briefing Janna gave me about what to see in Palermo, where to eat etc; my large elegant room; the location of the B&B; the breakfast menu which was extensive and the freshness and quality of the food I was given. Michaele kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the B&B, a very welcome gesture! And Janna very kindly packed me some food to sustain me in a full day of travel from Palermo to the Dolomites. Nothing was too much trouble!
