Great location, close to shops, there is pharmacy on the territory, hospital, spa, aqua park, nice beach, good quality food (no one of my family got upset stomach as last year) cleaning service was there every day to clean our room. Next to hotel there were little where you could buy everything you needed. There are 2 swimming pools and 2 bars. Playground for kids and water caste for kids in aqua park. Managers and stuff were always friendly and helpful. I suggest you to visit their spa, you can say what massage would you prefer and they would make sure to relax your tensed muscles. Shower in room always had a hot water, tv had a few channels in different languages, air conditioners were cooling room well. I loved their entertainment program, every morning 11:30 there was an aqua gymnastic or dance lessons on the beach, evenings they had games for guests (like guess the movie by song), once a week ladies were live signing, belly dancers, foam parties for adults and kids.

The first day we came we were upset as WiFi was only in lobby, but there was office of some guys who were selling it for 22$ per 7 days(only one device), expensive but helpful as some members of my family still needed to work. Some furniture in room needs to be changed, as time goes it gets older. There are 3 hotels in one (Marriete, Palma(the one we stayed in), ElPalacio and from one of them guests were coming to eat in our one, so sometimes you had to wait next to enter into dinning place, cuz there were no available seats.

The hotel is in a very good location surrounded by alot of shops The best thing in the hotel are the stuff they are all polite and helpful especial thanks to miss rewan for how she took care of us from day one till the last second in our visit making sure that all what we need is done in the best way ever The sea and pools are great The rooms are quite good and they are working on it The aquapark made our kids happy

Only food taste can get a little bit better as well as the drinks they are very diluted with water

The staff are very helpful The food is good with good taste while the ingredients such as type of butter need to be improved The location is amazing

- Amazing beach! - Beautiful architecture - Unlimited facilities - Mahmood in the restaurant is the best staff in the entire hotel, he was so helpful and kind - we love Mahmood!!!

- The wifi is quite bad - When relaxing by the beach / pool, you are harassed by greasy spa men trying to massage you for ridiculous prices - but say no enough times and they might leave you alone

Sea, beach, hotel design, beds, and a large balcony. Also, it is close to Hurghada city center, Marina, Go Bus station, and the airport. Tea, and coffee facilities in the room, welcoming fruit, and helpful staff. The room has a mini fridge. It helps for saving your water cold when you are out of the room. The sea is really brilliant. You do not need to attend a submarine tour. Take your goggles or snorkel for swimming with excellent sea life. In the afternoon there is an ice cream, juice, and coffee/tea service, I really liked the service. You do not need to bring your beach towel. The hotel gives you. And there are many activities in the brother hotel Sunny Days Palacio. You can join freely. The especially Russian dance team was awesome! Every night they have a different show.

I wrote an explanation for my reservation for a quiet room but the staff had not cared about it. My first night was really terrible. A room was given in front of the pool and has a garden. Every single people laughed and sang all night long. In the early morning gardeners arrived. I was really shocked. They changed my room after all this happened. You should be aware of free internet in the lobby only. I strongly recommend getting a sim card for your roaming at the airport. The breakfast was the same but enough. There must have more cheeses and olives.

We recently stayed at Sunny Days Palma De Mirette Resort and had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. I want to especially thank Rawan El-Sayed from Customer Relations — she was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Also a big thank you to Kareem and Mahmoud Ezz from the room service team. They were always quick to respond and made sure everything was perfect. And from the restaurant, Mr. Reda was so friendly and attentive, always making sure we were happy with our meals. The food overall was very good with a nice variety every day, and we always found something we liked. The resort itself is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the location is beautiful. Everything at the reception went smoothly as well — the staff were professional and polite. Overall, we had a great time and really appreciated the hospitality. Thank you again to the amazing staff who made our holiday even more special!

* The staff were excellent and very lovely * Upgraded the room for me which was great, better view and bigger room. * The food was not that good in my first day, but in the rest of the stay it was good

* The hotel rooms are old, it didn't seem like that in the pictures. The pictures are convincing you that the rooms are perfect, however in reality the room's furniture is old. They are not bad, but bery old. * Small TV and couldn't connect my hard disk on it. * I had to park my car in the street outside because the parking was full. * The wifi in the room was not for free which is so bad, because the network coverage was also very bad so the mobile internet was very bad. Ao if you want internet you have to pay for it which shall be changed to be for free like a lot and a lot of other hotels.

Wonderful Family Holiday at Sunny Days Palma De Mirette 🌞 We’ve just returned from a lovely stay at Sunny Days Palma De Mirette Resort & Spa and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is clean, well looked after, and right by the sea. The entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively with plenty for both adults and children to enjoy. My boys especially had a great time joining in the activities. Our room was cleaned daily, and it was always nice to come back to a fresh and tidy space. A big thank you to the staff who made our stay extra special: Ahmed Adel from the bar – Kind, friendly, and great with the boys. Literally goes out of his way from everyone. Mina from the bar – Always smiling and attentive. Rewan from reception – Helpful and welcoming and always smiling. Mohamed from reception was our first point of contact. So Helpful and welcoming. Mahmoud Hosny from the restaurant – Looked after us well at meal times and treated the boys to cakes. Kareem from the cleaning team – Kept our room spotless and comfortable. All of the lifeguards – Made sure the boys were safe and could enjoy the water. We had a great time and would happily return for another family holiday.

My room was located in the new building which in turn had a few teething issues - we had the odd power cut for a few minutes.

The staff is amazing. Hassan from the front desk is a star! He truly made our stay memorable! The check in was great and he helped with making sure we can book for our restaurant reservations. We had Rawia help us with all the questions we had and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was unbelievably beautiful and we enjoyed the views. The highest compliments to the staff. Mahmoud cleaned our rooms so well and made sure went above and beyond. Mohamed and Mahmoud from the Andalusia cafe made sure we had drinks and would always great us with a smile. The kitchen, pool and entertainment staff were great. The location of the hotel is great and we were able to go shopping downtown.

The staff made sure we had an amazing family trip and there is really nothing not to like.
