We were alloted room number 1. It was a spacious first floor room with a deck! It was clean, airy with modern amenities. The wifi speed is very fast so it was easy to continue working. The bed was comfortable and we had a peaceful sleep. All the bed and bath linen were clean. It is a huge property with a lot of greenery. They even have a generator to support during load shedding. The staff is always smiling, ready to help and hard working. The property is safe and fully monitored by cctv. The next day we got a warm breakfast. My wife left her watch in the hotel room but they called us back to inform. We will collect it when we visit Bloemfontein next. Thank you to the entire team of Impa lala country estate.

Easy access to a beautiful venue - definitely one of the best in its category in Bloemfontein. Ample parking, even with a trailer. Efficient service from very friendly staff - notably Kingsley. Delicious breakfast in a setting with a beautiful view. Comfortable, modern, very clean rooms. We will most definitely make this our regular spot when travelling through Bloemfontein.

Location was excellent for my business needs

The idea of setting up some items for breakfast before the clients have even arrived is a bit odd. Yoghurt sitting on the table with no covering and Juice already poured into glasses again sitting on the table with no cover. Also, the property needs to look at curtains or a blind over the door as the light coming in during the night makes it difficult to sleep.

Ontbyt was baie lekker en die personeel baie vriendelik en die eetsaal het 'n pragtige uitsig oor die stad. Die werf is ook lekker groot en mens hoor nie die stadsverkeer nie.

Alles was lekker behalwe dat die kamers nie "soundproof" is nie, so die bad/stort krane en geskarrel van die gaste onder ons wat baie vroeg die volgende oggend vertrek het, het ons wakker gemaak en klein bietjie gepla, maar andersins was daar niks om oor te kla nie.

We loved staying here. The staff were super friendly. Our room was super clean. Clean bedding and clean towels. Loved the breakfast and it was made with a smile.

Unfortunately we did not have any warm water on 25 Dec when we wanted to take a shower/ bath the morning which was very disappointing as we needed to check out at 10h00. Also, better coffee with breakfast will be great.

Staff was great, location was great and room was clean

The bathroom door is made of glass so in the morning the room got extremely bright even though all bedroom curtains were closed. The light was coming from the bathroom window (no curtains) and because the bathroom door was glass, we couldn't block it from entering the room and waking us up.

We loved everything. The place is beautiful and serene. The gardens and pool area are so peaceful. The host Brian was amazing, from check-in, to the time he accepted us for breakfast, and checking us out. Awesome breakfast by the way. I did not get your chef's name, but she knows how to make a mean breakfast! The place is really great value for money. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Cannot think of anything to complain about. I would suggest pre-sending a gate code on check-in, instead of having the guests phone when at the gate. Otherwise, everything else was amazing.

It's not really a criticism but we couldn't remember if breakfast was an optional extra or automatically built into the fee. If built in, we would have preferred to have opted out because we were transmitting Bloem with a long day's drive ahead and had to leave before 7.

Good guesthouse to stay over on a trip to the Cape. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff, but complete absence of owner/management. Breakfast was very basic, just the standard fair without many choices. Unfortunately no filter coffee available and margarine was served instead of butter.

Please offer butter for breakfast. How much more expensive can it be?

As we travel with a caravan...there is always lots of parking space. The rooms are good with everything you need.

This was our 4th time staying there, but this time the breakfast was awful. The sausage was a cocktail wiener sausage. The ground coffee was really undrinkable. I hope this was only that morning, because we would stay there again.
