We stayed in a corner suite with a lovely view of South Bend. After a monumentally disastrous travel weekend of canceled flights and grimy hotels, aloft was a very welcome respite. The front desk staff on all shifts was chatty and professional and comfortably polite. The room was very clean (I have been told I have unreasonably high standards) and the bed/bedding was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Our only complaint is the construction noise from the parking garage project. Even on the tenth floor the noise (during business hours only) was very audible. We would also recommend adding some additional towel hooks in the bathroom.

I loved how there was so much artwork within the hotel to appreciate. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was everything! I also appreciate how inviting they were of my pup! They are extremely dog friendly!

Our room was positioned right across from the cleaning staff room where the elevator and other equipment were left and that door was often left wide open. It was quite eerie to see.

After staying 10 days with two rooms I was told by Marriott that no rewards would be given due to the fact that I was giving a echannel rate to which I was not aware. In addition, when I checked in, I gave my rewards number to which I confirmed points would be rewarded. To only get turned down by Marriott even though I am an abassador Titanium Elite level member.

I never heard anything about a breakjfast option, nor did I see one. I did enjoy the room, bed, bath and view from the 15th floor.

Information about the breakfast, pool and other options were not offered or described in detail on the TV or in any litereature--none in the room. The parking situation on the 5th level was less than conventient, and difficult to figure out, but did provide adequate space. I received a $45.00 charge for the only service I did receive, a chicken stir fry dinner meal and a pepsi delivered to my room. The food was good, but the price, not so much. There is a personal fridge in the room, but no microwave, which would have bee helpful also.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Had fun activities for family’s in main lobby.

My room was by the elevators so it was a bit noisy and scared my kids throughout the night.

We were here for the 2020 graduation at Notre Dame-in 2022 Memorial Day Weekend! The hotel was lovely, staff good. Our room was never cleaned-we stayed 3 nights and could have used new and more towels. This hotel is walking distance to several good restaurants-perhaps some of the best in the area (Cafe Navarre and LaSalleRestaurant. Both were very good (and I live in NY and am picky)! Hotel price was ridiculous for South Bend but supply-demand blah blah blah… would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

More towels, cleaning rooms when do not disturb sign isn’t out, free parking…

The property is unique and very stylish for a nice modern look with a bar and nice seating/ playing area. (pool table and games)

The toilets down stairs and our room didn’t flush very well at all. Windows were pretty dirty and had something weird looking on the outside window sill. Also it was very weird placement to have the mini fridge underneath the bathroom sink.. I’m glad we had a cooler for our stuff to stay cold. Lastly the coffee machine in the lobby was leaking.

Everything the staff were amazing the rooms were super comfortable and clean. We're looking forward to our next stay here!
