La Moresca was a fabulous place to stay in the quaint town of Ravello. The overall staff, Anna in particular, was outstanding and prompt in helping us in advance of our trip with excursions, travel questions, etc. as well as when we were on property. We stayed in the annex, which we highly recommend if available. Incredible view from your window, large room with a hot tub and oversized bathroom. The breakfast was included with our room and was nice way to start the day from the rooftop overlooking the water and Ravello. The complimentary bottle of wine also was a very nice touch.

To be honest, I can't think of anything of note.

The staff is just incredible. Anna is an amazing person and makes best Aperols in the whole world. The room was amazing as well. We spent our honeymoon in La Moresca and it was the best desition ever. Look at the view from our bed!

Very helpful and accommodating! Beautiful view from our room, and perfect location near ravello square! I loved the breakfast - they were fast even when I was rushing out the door! Great view while having breakfast too, and a comfortable bed!

As to be expected with a boutique hotel from an original building such as this, the bathroom was small and awkward, and the shower made the floor in there wet, but I enjoyed the view of amalfi coast from it so I didn’t mind!

Couldn't beat the views from our room, #6; one window provided a mountainscape with the neighboring town of Minori and the sea; the other window looked out on the small Fontana La Moresca traffic circle. In more than four decades of travel on five continents, I doubt if I ever encountered a friendlier set of counter staff - Anna, Francesca and Elena. They were professional, personable and fully engaged.

The open roof terrace breakfast sitting could be c4old on some mornings. When weather was very bad, the hotel moved it breakfast service to the ground floor office/coffee shop. Other days we took our breakfast there ourselves, so no big challenge. Superb selection. The lemon cake is not to be missed, and endless espresso drinks.

Beautiful stay in La Moresca in Ravello. Gorgeous comfortable room that had a nice balcony and featured locally made tile. Great breakfast with ocean view on the rooftop. The staff were a true highlight, providing fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, bars, beaches, and cultural events that were happening in town during our stay. The hotel is also well located, just a 5-10 min walk from the town. Many thanks, we will recommend to all of our friends!

I didn't know about some extra charges like drinking coffee in the lobby while talking with the hosts. I also was given the wrong bus time one morning and had to take a taxi that cost 60 or 70 Euros to make it to an excursion on time instead of 1.5 Euros for my bus ticket which was a bit frustrating. In America most hotels would have compensated for that expense.

We stayed at La Moresca for 2 nights whilst we visited Ravello. The hotel had a really nice aesthetic to it however if you're looking for something modern its not for you. The staff couldn't do more for you, especially the lady on reception, she drew us multiple maps for our stay which helped us get around and make the most of the time along with lots of restaurant recommendations too. The balcony view was insane, close to other hotels but thats very much the whole vibe of Ravello so it didn't bother us. The hotel was also a wine bar so we had drinks there one night which was lovely and scenic.

Breakfast wasn't great, limited options and served outside on the terrace (which was beaut) but not ideal for keeping flies off the food and cleanliness. We took it on the chin and just had cereal / toast and a coffee and chose to enjoy the view of the town instead. Breakfast also finishes dead on 10 so don't arrive up there at 9:45 thinking they will wait because they wouldn't. It didn't effect our stay however was the only thing i'd say was a negative about the hotel.

Beautiful inside and out, loved breakfast on the terrace, lovely staff. Beautiful room, quirky shower and amazing views. Ravello is a jewel and this hotel just perfect.

Had actually one bad night out of two as the hotel opposite has a roof terrace and there was a party till early hours, no noise proofing. But was peak season in early July, this place relatively quiet place to stay being set back from the main centre of Ravello.

The hotel is just wow. The rooms with views down to the Amalficoast make it very very special. The interior design feels like you are part of an art work. The staff and owner is really so warm and welcoming and support you in everything you need. We extended our stay because we liked it so much. The sunrays at sunrise kisses our bed and you could enjoy breathtaking views from every point of the room (even the bathroom). Same is true for the breakfast spot. The location is in 5-10min walking distance to the main square. On the ground floor you have a very nice wine bar.

This was my favorite hotel I stayed at yet! So much charm and uniqueness put into the decor/design. It's peaceful and tucked away in the hills of Ravello away from all the craziness of Amalfi and Positano, yet close enough to visit them. It is a half hour walk to Atrani or Minori (not for the faint hearted and lots of stairs). Or a taxi ride. You can't beat the views! Everything was sparkling clean. The air conditioning worked great! Ana and staff were so helpful in booking us reservations at restaurants and drivers. They even packed us an early breakfast to go on our last day. They really went above and beyond.

Trying to arrive there the first day. If you are trying to take a bus from Amalfi there good luck. The sita bus schedule is wrong. The road was damaged so normal size buses can't drive there. They had only one small 20 seater bus that only came hourly in when there was about 60 people waiting for the bus. There is no line, and everyone just shoves to get on. Because of this I recommend getting a shared taxi for about 20 euro a person. Of course, this is not the hotels fault. We are still glad we stayed, just a little stress in the beginning.
