The facilities were excellent and the staff was eager to please. But if they do not understand the issues, they should ask further until it is resolved or understood.

The answer to my earlier request for driving a car was misunderstood. Instead of car rental, the hotel was going to provide me a driver. But what was misleading was the lack of details regarding this as I was going to drive myself. Therefore, I cancelled my previous order but was then told to request this to my credit card company. I find this really unnecessary if this was understood properly, and if the hotel can initiate or facilitate this cancellation.

Great buffet breakfast. Nice comfortable room with a great view of the EXPO area. Next door to a great shopping mall, and walking distance to the university. Attentive, polite staff.

We didn’t get a chance to eat at the ninth floor restaurant because there was a private party both times we checked.

Location - great location; located 2 minutes away (walking) from Astana's largest mall and 3 min (walking) from the Expo site; area is quiet at night 6. Business travelers - great for business travelers as the room has a perfectly sized desk (not a tiny unusable table as in many other hotels) Other: loved that the hotel is spacious, with a lot of open spaces

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Temperature control, all of the electric plug types, light control, warm bathroom with bathtub, ironing in the room. Impressive lobby, gorgeous and big. And more impressive is a restaurant on the 9th floor with steaks and meat medallions of high quality. Breakfasts were nice with good and various food. I especially liked kumys and chicken sausages with fried eggs. Spa center has various saunas, gym, and swimming pool. Just be ware of slippery floor.

The room we booked was a deluxe/standard room but was so good it felt executive! We were so impressed with the size, facilities and the view! Breakfast was also delicious with lots of choice and options.

I was a little disappointed that the lobby bar almost charged 7200 tenge for 2 gins we didn't order or have. Tbe staff were fantastic and did quickly amend the bill when we pointed out the error, but it was a shame it happened.

The staff were great all day everyday. The Breakfast was soild. The lobby bar/resturant was the best. The serve drinks and food that is way better than anything in the hotel. Spa was good and the gym.

My only complaint was that the living room furniture in my executive suite was all damaged and cheap. All other rooms furniture was great. Just needs some replacing.

Very convenient location. The room was clean and above standard. Loved the swimming pool and sauna facilities. I will definitely return.

I found the mattress somewhat uncomfortable. But this could be due to personal preference. The linen was clean. I would have preferred Egyptian cotton sheets.

Saipan was our waiter in Cloud 9 bar. He gave us exceptional service, always with a smile, and he even took our photos. Food was very tasty there! Overall, a really nice experience thanks to Saipan...thank you so much!! Oh, and the breakfast buffet is amazing too!

Swimming pool is slightly small compared to other hotels

The room had a beautiful view.

The make up mirror in the bathroom didn't work and the shower wasn't 100% clean. There were 2 of us but toiletries only for one guest (toothbrush). The AC worked but seemed preprogrammed not to cool lower than 24 degrees as even though the thermostat was set to 12 and the fan on high, the rooom never got cooler than 24, which was an issue when the morning sun came out and the room felt a bit too toasty.

New! Business Class with Good Location! Good room and facilities! Very comfortable BED and pillows! Clean! Very good breakfast. Expo Centre and Mega Mall is next door
