We always stay in Lido Ostia the night before our flight from FCO and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. Parking was free and available on the street, andas we travel with a lot of luggage that we repack before we leave we really appreciated that there were no stairs to drag our luggage up. The staff was very helpful, and we really appreciate that the hotel was right next to many good restaurants and bars. From now on this is where we will be staying.

the location was fabulous and the staff were very friendly, also there was a discount at a nearby restaurant serving very good food.

Small room, huge but useless, extremely hot and no-shade balcony, very small bathroom and shower, strangely organised bathroom, poor common area though vast and availble.

The location is very good, close to the beach and city centre.

The pool was closed, and there was no information about it on Booking. I chose this hotel because of pool and jacuzzi facilities and it turned out that none of this was open. The hotel charges 20 euro per day for parking, while the public parking, just in front of entrance, is much cheaper - it was paid in week days 1 euro for hour or 7 euro for the whole day or in weekend 2 euro per hour or 10 euro for whole day. Public parking is paid from 8:00 to 00:00. I think that the price for just a room (without swimming pool or breakfast) is much too high. What's more, the staff was uninformed, the lady thought that pool is open, the young man told us that parking is for free and both these information were wrong.
