The staff was great. Sky and Alekis (not sure of the spelling) made check in/out pleasant, welcoming and easy. Micheal's breakfast was perfect and enjoyable. The room was clean and fresh.

I needed to bring my emotion support dog with me who is not treated as a pet because of my military background I struggle daily with anxiety so, he keeps me calm. I only managed without him because my daughter's hotel accept pets and I was able to have him close by just in case I needed him. Also, I am an IHG guest and is use to at least 1 bottle of water and a few cookies but I was not offered either. This would make a difference.

Location, property overall seemed clean and well kept. Breakfast was pretty good.

The room appeared clean when I walked in, however, I took a steaming hot shower and when the steam dissipated there were streaks down the wall that seemed like someone had done alot of smoking in that bathroom. (I am a cleaner by profession, so I run into this alot at work) I know it isn’t the hotel’s fault, but still feel it may not have been adequately cleaned after a guest had been smoking in there. Also was upset because we booked with this hotel in anticipation of being able to swim with my daughter but the indoor pool didn’t even have water in it, so we were without the one amenity we truly wanted for our stay.

Breakfast, free parking... not too far from the city Denver like 20 minutes

The TV messed up in my room for a minute it started speaking Spanish and showing green lines all over the screen for some reason, when I tried to fix it the remote wouldn't work. Eventually I kept turning it off and turning it back on then it fixed its self. Other then that everything was good.

Nice place but be warned the showers have no grip i fell pretty dang hard in the handicapped accessible room I was given there i was laying on the bathroom floor not really anyone i could call since the room was locked as I was alone but I managed to get up fairly unharmed other than the giant black and blue mark on my shin place was nice just be warned it was slippery then ice and someone might get hurt

Not getting the room I booked for the first night . I complained for it to be changed the next day and they probably forgot to do so again and so shenell was so gracious and helped me take care of the situation the next day.

The location and the facility.

Most times the staff have been exceptional. My last stay I believe she was new ended up charging me multiple times for a deposit and a stay. She told me I would have to wait several days before seeing a return of funds. She also did not know how to utilize my reward membership to book a stay.

I loved everything about the property! The bed, pillows, and covers were super soft and comfortable! They had amazing hot breakfast and loved how they had great shampoo and conditioners! Place was nicely kept!

The pool was small and the inside was super cold.

The location was good for me. Just outside of the Denver area.

The wasn't a lot of variety with the breakfast choices.

The only reason we didn’t give the hotel 10 stars through out was because the pool was advertised as heated, but was not. Not a big deal. Breakfast was great and the bed was so comfortable.
