The front desk was always very helpful - I forgot my key and my key deactivated a few times. They said if I have it near my phone or other electronic it can deactivate the key. So I tried to keep the key in a better place. Also I liked the location with access to restaurants, shopping, Walmart. Also liked I felt safe when walking my dogs. Liked their pet policy of $25/night for 2 dogs with $75/week maximum, since we were there 5 nights. Warning - you aren't paying for the Hilton so don't expect the Hilton. There are some cosmetic dings on furniture, breakfast didn't have the selection like at the Hilton - BUT I paid about 1/2 the amount I'd have to pay for the Hilton.... which made me very very happy with these accommodations.

Conveniently located off of I40. The facility was clean, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the HVAC system allowed for adjusting the temperature to our comfort level. The breakfast was a surprise, considerably better than I expected. The coffee was great. The dining area was nice, but a bit crowded and noisy--but that's probably just a timing issue. I didn't use the pool, but it looked like a pretty decent pool and generally well kept.

The bathroom needed just a bit of maintenance, but it was nothing important that needed attention. The lighting in the room was quite dim and combined with the darker colors in the room, made you feel a bit like you are going blind if you like a well-lighted room.

Nice hotel, very clean smelling soon as you walk in. Very nice not outdated at all. And they allow pets which I didn't have with me but is Still nice being a pet owner myself. Husband said breakfast was good slightly better than most "run of the mill free breakfasts".

I have yet to find a hotel bed I can sleep in. At a first touch they seemed soft but soon as I laid down I could feel those innersprings in my every places lol. I knew I wouldn't be sleeping and I absolutely did no sleeping because of that. To be fair I can't find a decent bed no matter the price at home either. The elevator doors were struggling so we made jokes about how it was trying as hard as it could lol. Overall this is a nice hotel and it's very hard for me to be comfortable in any bed so I can't knock it for that either.

The area that the hotel was in was great, as far as being close to town and food. The room was clean. Smelled nice too as you could tell it had just been mopped. The staff was very friendly.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable and it was very squeaky. Also we didn't eat breakfast other than getting a little juice, but once we got it and started drinking it a roach crawled by on the counter top there in the breakfast area. It was a baby so there had to have been more. Also the room we stayed in was on the side of the interstate so it was very loud at night when trying to rest.

We have stayed here two times now. The second time we stayed the room we were put in had ac issues. We told the front desk that we didn’t mind but if possible would like another room for our infant. They immediately gave us a new room but we weren’t able to move because we had dinner plans. When we got back from dinner (2hrs max) to move our belongs maintenance had already been up there to fix it. They still let us move just in case something happened with the ac during the night.

Jim at the front desk was friendly to our kids, the staff we interacted with in other parts of the hotel were kind and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. We enjoyed the space. This was the important part. Breakfast was nice, standard Continental style, with waffles. There was fruit available, which was important for me. I would stay here again.

The luggage carts that I used were hard to steer and move, and they wobbled a lot, like they had bent or asymmetrical wheels. Upon check-in, I didn't feel particularly welcomed, and one of my other interactions with staff at the front desk felt like I was a nuisance, instead of valued as a guest, although they were ultimately helpful.

Staff was very friendly although they gave us keycards to a room that already had someone staying there. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean except corners and underneath vanity. Overall a very good experience and will definitely be back since we stay in the area often.

We were not happy with the deposit, we don't have pets and we use the room just to sleep and besides the bed we pretty much leave it as we found it.

Nice newly renovated hotel, good location, great breakfast, and friendly staff, nice amenities. I would stay there again for the great rate.

We wanted another night but the staff couldn’t accommodate us until we had already decided to travel to a new location. If we could have found out a little faster, we would have stayed. We did like the accommodations and effort to find another room.

Large, clean room. Good breakfast included. Housekeeping good. Updated no carpet in rooms. Updated faucet and good water pressure in shower. Good size TV

We wanted to use a Visa gift card but the hotel system wouldn't accept. Liked updated floor in our room, but furniture is older and poor quality mattress. Would love it if the in room jacuzzi was reactivated as no other hotels in the area have that option. Especially as $130/night is quite pricey. Breakfast was good but was exactly the same all three days of our visit. Would've liked a variation like bacon & pancakes. Hotel breakfasts are getting better, but are still a long way from the quality pre Covid era. I wouldn't even mind a small added charge for better breakfast options.

The breakfast was good. It had several options to choose from, including hot breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was large and roomy. The bathroom was large also. The room was clean minus the bathroom issues and the smell of weed.

The hallway reeked of weed on the first floor, and the smell was seeping into our room. Was making my daughter and I both sick. A non-smoking hotel should be just that! The front desk person said there was nothing she could do about it. The bed sheets had black stains on the comforter and one of the pillows. The shower had mildew growing in it and needs a good scrub. The shampoo that was in the bathroom had been used and not replaced with a new one prior to our arrival.
