Stylish and comfortable place at the town centre, close to public transport stations and parking lot. Very convenient furniture, good hygiene and impressive decoration. Polite, smiling and very helpful personnel. Free coffee and tea available at the reception.

The weather during my stay was extremely hot and the lack of air conditioning was horrible. I know ACs are not common in the area but it doesn't mean they are not a must have. The helpful receptionist offered me a fan that helped my survival.

The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was fantastic – it really made a difference in our stay. We also loved the coffee station available 24/7 at the reception, which was a wonderful touch in the mornings. The hotel is located very close to a nice shopping center, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the parking was very convenient, allowing us to bring our luggage down to the car directly using the elevator.

When we arrived, the floor in the room was not clean, and we even found a used towel hanging in the bathroom, which was very disappointing. There was no staff on-site, and it was difficult to find the room keys based on the instructions we received via message.

The staff were great, helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable room. Perfect location and is well connected with the tram and bus stops a few minutes away. Excellent (covered) parking facilities. Stayed there to visit Cologne - we left the car in the parking area and used the efficient public transport (tram and train). There are a number of cafeterias and restaurants and a shopping mall just across the square from the hotel. There was also a small Christmas Market in the square. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great!

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to a shopping centre and two supermarkets. The hotel is also next to a metro/train station which makes it easy to get into Cologne. The accommodation was excellent for our purposes, 1 bedroom family accommodation with additional beds installed in the large lounge that suited our needs.

The reception was generally unoccupied during the evenings, we had to pay cash on arrival for our stay due to an issue with electronic payment system. But i would still come back to this hotel if i was staying in the area.

Independent check-in and check-out worked perfectly, which was important to us as we arrived late and had to leave very early due to flight times. Close enough to Köln airport. Very nice and clean bathroom/shower. Nice reception area with free coffees and teas. Beds were reasonably comfortable and rooms clean

Loud doors/corridor, noisy at night.

The location and price was a big plus . 2 minutes from Train Station, restaurants and shops Big mention for the lady on reception ...absolutely star 🌟 Massive bathroom also Hotel seems to have changed hands and they are trying to up their game ,, new owners were on hand with cakes which was lovely Tea and coffee at reception was a nice touch also

Just the one pillow and thin duvet was annoying but didn't out us off as the room was massive

Location was great. So easy to get to and from. Plenty of amenities in the area. Girl at front desk very helpful and friendly.

Very dated, I assume new owners will be refurbishing. Showers very poor. No water pressure. No facilities at all in room. Tea/coffee etc. wasn't able to pay by card.

Good location at a local central square along a Shopping mall with stores and services as well as a nice breakfast / brunch place. Very nice, happy, helpful, welcoming and flexible staff. Stayed in a 4 bed room with basic level of comfort. It was just perfect four friends staying a couple of days for EURO 2024. Excellent value for money! No breakfast, but coffe and tea are for free.

Nice hotel, the 4-bed room was very nice and had everything you needed. The hotel seems very quiet, I don't think there's many quests even though I'd guess August should be peak season. Hotel is located next to the Stadtbahn station and the shopping center.

Check-in took a bit because no one answered the door, the reception seems to be unstaffed most of the time.

I liked the way everything was organised. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Very quite and comfortable room.

I did nit like only that I was not able to control the air-conditioning as I did not know whether os central or there is an option to set it up for different temperature.
