Generous and helpful hosts. Beautiful, spacious, and clean room. Breakfast was excellent. Location is very central with ski lift, rental shops, supermarket, etc. right near by but it was still quiet and peaceful. The is an on premise restaurant which was both lively and delicious. Underground car park was an added bonus.

Perfect central location, underground parking, delicious breakfast, private ski locker. Spacious room, bathroom and balcony. Coffee machine in the room. Only a few steps away from the cable cars. Restaurant downstairs. Staff ready to help and assist. Included unlimited access to Tauern Spa pools and saunas is a huge plus. Definitely recommend.

When you ask, they kindly resolve issues, however it would make a big difference if they would be proactive. Locker was occupied, they said it will be resolved. We had to go and complain the next day and we got a different locker. When the hotel is full, take out some of the staff cars from the garage to avoid having the guests ask for space.

Nice apartments, well equiped and furnished. Delicious restaurant with perfect breakfast and also tasty dinner. Good location with just few meters from slopes.

Slower wifi (we had room on the lowest floor, and there was weak data signal, so I had to use wifi)

- very comfortable room, perfect for a family with two children. - Very helpful and friendly staff. - Location. Groceries, ski shops, ski lift, ski rentals all within two minutes walk. - It has one of the best restaurants in Kaprun.

- the bed was too soft and pretty unconfortabe for me, but it's just a matter of preferences

There are no fans to help with hot weather, the TV although is not connected to the internet (although it can be), outlets are not equipped with USB port to charge phones/ tablets, and silverfish come out at night in the living/ bath /shower rooms.

We had a Wonderful stay! excellent location, wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff. This region is just amazing and the combination of the kaprun summer card and spa excess was incredible - and unbelievably every thing was with a 5-10 minute drive. Would love to visit in the winter:)

Everything, the staff was amazing I don't know what to say they are very helpful. If u ask them to wash your clothrs, they will do it for free. Parking available in front of the hotel, The room was very clean, I believe the location is the best location in Kaprun.

It’s one minute walk to the kaprun slide and cable car to the top, they gave us the summer cards once we arrived, the staff are amazing and super friendly and helpful, the room is spacious, clean and tidy, we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in this apartment hotel for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The location is wonderfull and close to everything, the staff was super helpful and nice, the apartment had everything we need and even more and also very well designed. The hotel also provid us with the Kaprun Zell am See summer card and free entrance to the Tauren Spa so basicelly all outdoor activities we did were covered. We had such a great time and definitely will recommend our friends to visit. Thank you!!
