Very clean bedroom. Good location for us to visit relatives . Warm ,basic and comfortable room everything we needed . No noise on a weekend when rooms belonged to a public house . Would book again when visiting the area. Car parking facilities if needed.

No breakfast but could understand with only being a few rooms and it was no problem for us.

Typical country pub, with excellent food. Seems to always be busy but never intimidating. The bar is run by numerous people from the younger generation, all of whom ,without exception, are friendly and welcoming and make the atmosphere in the bar amazingly warm and friendly. I find it remarkable that so many of the good younger people are working here. I tried to sample the whole menu but failed, those dishes I did try were absolutely delicious.

Was a lovely clean comfortable room, perfect for getting to where we needed to go by taxi

WiFi was a bit spotty, and the light in the hallway was out so it was hard to unlock the room at nighttime with a phone torch

Location was perfect, nice and quiet at night, room although small did its job well enough for a lone traveler. Staff nice and pleasant and I would stay there again

Room a little bigger

Staff are exceptional, every member of the team willing to help and were very accommodating. Food was also great and fairly priced. Good location with transport links into central Leeds.

The boiler was very loud and the bathrooms could be modernized.

Nice room and people, comfortable bed and modern design.

Toiletries on top of soap would’ve been good for the shower.

Quiet room, private access direct from car park. Plenty of parking. Good hot food menu lunch and dinner but no breakfast. Very pleasant staff.

Continental breakfast offer would have been better than no breakfast at all. Bedroom floor uneven and up and down. You need a car to drive for breakfast.

Last minute emergency booking, process was quick and easy, easy to find in a lovely area, pub did great food and was well patronaged. Room was clean and perfectly suitable for my needs. I have more visits to the area planned and will definitely re use this venue.

Pub food was in the main pub area due to limited space, could benefit from dedicated meals area, but as stated limited floor area, which just proves the popularity of food and pub. So not really a didn't like statement as there was nothing to dislike.

The property is clean and comfortable and ideally located for my purposes.

The showers water pressure was a little low.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Room clean and tidy, nicely situated. Plenty of other pubs round about, Tea and coffee facilities and plenty of parking .providing and sachets of shower gel. Provided.

Nothing really although would have been nice to have some soap or hand gel. Used the shower gel which was provided in a sachet The shower was a bit small.
