The location and the facilities were modern and excellent I really appreciated that they could do my laundry in-house right away.

The only downside was the noise one could hear between the rooms. Normally, it probably isn't an issue but there was a girl's soccer team staying there, sharing rooms and talking loudly in the late evening. My suggestion if possible would be to separate by floor incoming groups from those guests travelling separately..

The Hotel itself was really nice and well located for walking The Camino - However we did not have a pleasant experience at reception. The lady was not very pleasant and unfriendly. We also got some laundry done and again the lady on reception (different Lady) was quite unpleasant. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience - did not start to 8am and everyone came at once and we had to sit in a separate seating area as there was no room available. Very chaotic and not a lot of choice

how the breakfast was organised or very disorganised

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was a highlight, with both a shower and a bath — a lovely touch after a long day. Overall, a decent stay, but a few improvements could make it much better.

Unfortunately, one side of the bed was broken, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Also, the staff were not very confident with English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise with its well-appointed renovations and amazing value. The bathrooms and extra beds were spacious and well thought out. Close to grocery stores and restaurants it was everything we could wish for on the Camino. Comfortable beds, a great kitchen to cook in, and a filling breakfast with gluten-free options. Some amazing value in accommodation and staffing. Reception was informative and very helpful.

That we didn't stay longer the next hotel for more was a disaster

Smaller hotel was perfect for us. Good location for our travel. Staff provided good information about restaurants when asked. Although limited English, used computer translator very effectively. Loved this forethought! Enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the stay. Good variety offered.

Although restaurants were suggested there were none close to the hotel.

Fantastic experience. Clean room. Good breakfast. Courteous staff. It was pure luxury after a 28km Camino walk

Noisy neighbouring rooms till beyond midnight. Certainly not the hotels fault, but anyone reading this must take note and understand that the noise you make during 10pm and 7am does have an impact on other guests

Great location - quiet, off the main square, but close to shopping and eating areas. They had very efficient laundry service and a cafeteria for breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and were spacious if there were only two beds in the room. Elevator was very appreciated.

Families and good friends will love the triple and quad rooms, but these are rooms with two twin beds, and two beds that fold out of the walls which take away from floor space. You can see this in their pictures on their website. We had two triples booked, but ended up getting a third room with two twin beds because we didn’t want to be so on top of one another. We loved this hotel.

Very clean, very new, well appointed. Loved this place. They have laundry service, and a cafeteria for breakfast. Excellent location on a quiet street.

A triple or quad room would be great for good friends or family, but are extremely small if you’re not acquainted with everyone in the room. They are double rooms with two extra beds that fold out from the wall (you can see this in their pictures on their site). We reserved two triple rooms, but ended up getting a third room with just two beds in it. Not a complaint at all - great idea for close friends or families.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Crucially, the windows were great to keep noise to a minimum as the Fiesta was on - great fun, but not after walking 31 km! Air conditioning was very effective. We were leaving before breakfast next morning, so they left 2 substantial picnics for us at reception, which we really appreciated.

Modern well-furnished room if a little “executive” but had everything we needed after a day’s Camino walking. Checkin was very efficient and the receptionist was very kind. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Staff at breakfast not so friendly but it could be a language issue. It didn’t affect our impression. There were some teenagers making noise at about 4am coming in from night out. Hopefully that’s a one-off.
