The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, everyone was exceptional. The room had a gorgeous view of the sunset over the lake and the location was absolutely ideal- I was cycling the Camino from Porto to Santiago and this was one of my favorite accommodations along the way. I got a boat to take me and my bike across to Spain and it could not have been more convenient from the hotel, and only €6. The spa was also lovely and I very much appreciated that they accommodated me on a Monday morning before I had to continue my Camino, and let me check out a little later to accommodate my massage. The resort experience after having done the Camino was fabulous.

We didn’t know that you had to contact the front desk to activate the air conditioning… and it was a warm night and the train was at the back of the property where our room was!

Location was good for us as it was on Camino, otherwise it is a bit of a walk to the town. Beds were comfortable and room in general was clean and modern. Helpful staff. Varied breakfast.

50 free minutes of spa per room is nice but over very quickly :) it is a bit of a mystery why it's not possible to get spa towels at spa reception but only upstairs at "normal" reception. The jacuzzi lining should be fixed, it's detached in multiple places. Vegetarian meal for dinner was disappointing - spaghetti with some cooked vegetables, more something you do when cleaning out your fridge then a meal when eating out. Having a sign about sustainability and keeping balcony lights on all night (there was no switch to turn them off) is not very consistent.

The manager and hotel staff was amazingly helpful and friendly . Our room was on ground floor (005) and extremely quiet, on of the most comfortable beds of our 15 days road trip , direct access to pool . Noce warm water in very big and nice outdoor pool. very clean room and bathroom. Very good breakfast with a large varieties of salty food and pastries . Nice views from the restaurant , great diner served very fast by a friendly staff.

The spa staff wasn't amazing, the 50 min limits per day is just wrong in my opinion. The Spa wasn't very special, the water wasn't warm enough , need to wear a swimming cap or buy on the premise , 5 euros per cap. The Spa definitely needs improvement , other than that perfect place to stay

The room, restaurant, the location and hotel staff

The Spa is not well organized the Lady that was there, took almost 10 to 15 minutes to handle some situations at the Spa reception and everyone was waiting to give their names to confirm the reservations that had were already booked….so…we had one hour to use the SPA but what happened is that we lost 15 to 20 minutes with this situation and then lady began to tell us that our time had past already and that we had to leave the SPA for others to use it…. I can’t accept this situation only because she couldn’t t handle the guests that were arriving to the SPA. We were only allowed to stay there for 35/40 minutes in total ….

The bed was comfortable. The in-house restaurant had delicious food. The breakfast was delicious.

The jacuzzi in the spa facilities had lukewarm water at best (80°F or 26°C), which I spent maybe 30 seconds in ~ too cool for a jacuzzi. They made me buy a $5.00 bathing cap to enter the pool area; it would have been nice to know in advance in the reservation process, and I would have brought my own. The sauna worked well, but the steam room wasn’t working.

Nice hotel with very good facilities. Great views to the river from the restaurant and breakfast room. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool, very important in the windy days, is next to the bar and it has an area for lunch. The spa was very enjoyable, it was included in the price of the room. Nice walk along the river to Caminha village.

Lovely pool area, gorgeous view, attentive staff, and the best beds! The guys in the piano bar went out of their way to make me some dairy-free food despite the kitchen not really being open. All staff really friendly, kind and genuine - very much a “go the extra mile” kind of place.

Decor is bit dated and we found the EV charger troublesome, but didn’t detract from a great stay overall.

The location is excellent for access to Caminha central area. Being slightly south of the center area provides a quiet, comfortable base for visiting Caminha. The hotel has a small fitness room with great cardio machines, great dumbbells, adjustable bench and a multi-station machine. I found the fitness adequate for a basic workout. The room was without question very nice with a view of the pool area and the hills behind. The breakfast met my needs with multiple coffee/espresso options, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and other traditional breakfast items. Again, the views of the waterfront were quite nice.

Great place to stay. I would like to have an option of checking in prior to 3pm. I also would like to see additional hours added for light lunch during the afternoon since it is about a 1 mile walk into Caminha. Overall, I was very satisfied with this facility and the services they do provide. Jeni's Diner in Caminha was a great find. Food was great and the staff was nice to deal with. Please consider checking out Jeni's Diner. You will be glad that you did.

Very comfortable room and very attentive staff. We arrive Friday check-in, but staff was very accommodating and let us use the pool even though we had not yet gotten in our room. Dinner that night was amazing. Our table was right up front in the dining room and overlooked The water.
