This residence is about 10 minutes walk to city center. The facility is clean with a decent size bedroom and bathroom. My room has an extra patio with a view of the train tracks with the train passing every half an hour, it seems, but stops around 10 pm. The blanket was the softest I’ve had on the Camino and the full size bed sits on a coil springs so it’s noisy but didn’t bother me at all while sleeping. The owner was so nice and the included breakfast was the best on the Camino! I will definitely stay here again.

The room has been renovated, so it looked nice. There was a good shower. Breakfast was standard ham, cheese, jam, rolls, fruits and jogurt, I enjoyed it. The place is 15 minutes walk from the town centre / resturants which is fine to walk. You can book a boat to Spain from the reception.

The person at the reception didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate. The room was hot at night and there was no air-conditioning or fan so I had to open the window at night and mosques came in which was annoying. It would be nice to at least get a fan during summer.

A small place, which seemed to be catering mostly for pilgrims. We did not have the room with the balcony, but did have an adjacent room which looked out onto the street. Easy to find and easy walking distance to cafes and the town centre. Small and adequate. Reception sells tickets for the ‘water taxi’. The hotel managed to find a space for our bicycles between a breakfast table and a toilet, amazing.

The location was great for coming off the Camino. Staff was SO helpful! The staff was great to communicate on WhatsApp and so kind as to help me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind. Bless them!

The train runs behind and I heard it some but nothing enough to disturb me. Also I think it was a very random experience but a security alarm went off after 2am and it woke me.

The accommodation truly serves its purpose, perfect for a overnight stay. The service was very accommodating since the staff is super friendly! Breakfast is included and that is a great advantageous. Only 10 min away from the main square by walk. Therefore, the value for money is overall very good.

The place can be a little bit noisy because of the dynamism of the pilgrims. Their activity it is also very focused for the pilgrims of Santiago instead of general tourism.

I had a great stay, and highly recommend for pilgrims wanting a private room in caminha. I came in winter and there is only one scheduled transfer across the river, so host accommodated an early breakfast. I came down to dining area to a nice setting with everything I could have wanted. Easy walk to boat in the morning, no problems. Also had a cash bar for drinks, which I did not use, but very convenient.

Very clean and simple accommodation. And very handy for the Camino route. A short walk into town 10 minutes if that where there are lots of nice restaurants. It’s a lovely town with a large square. The staff were really helpful in arranging a water taxi because the ferry wasn’t running. Breakfast is included in the room rate and it will fill you up for the rest of the day!

Close to Camino trail. Close to the town center. Lito the owner can’t speak English but very accommodating , he arrange the water taxi for pick up at his hostel and even if I’m the one , i was transported with no wait. He also asked if I need the luggage transport which I never knew and arranges it . There were Plenty of towels to use, bath amenities and has a portable Air conditioner. I slept comfortably at his hostel after many nights in Albergues. Good value for the money .

Nothing , all are perfect

The breakfast was included and by far exceeded our expectations. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were in walking distance to the city center in a bedroom with private bathroom under the roof.

The bathroom did not have ventilation so the A/C had to be turned on after taking a shower in order to get rid of the humidity. One of the beds was rather short

It was a remarkable location in the walled city. It had a balcony looking out to the narrow street with a view over the rooftops toward Spain. The building was old and stone but the rooms and fixtures were very modern. The beds were comfy and the linens were deluxe!!!
