The rooms were neat, clean, the bedsheets soft and everything in order. The check-in system is handy if you have already booked and paid for everything, plus the location is very central to the town of Ordes. Easy to move in and out and very silent and cozy inside the hotel. Perfect for Camino dwellers, but the rooms are best used if you are more than two people.

Close your windows if you are facing the street because the neighbouring bar is really loud, especially after the fifth pint of Estrella Galicia. It went on until 4AM. A bit overpriced for what it's worth but the rooms were neat and very spacious.

The staff i talked to over the phone ( i didnt get her name) was really helpful and i was really glad she was able to communicate with me in english as i cant speak spanish. She was very helpful with all my queries and had endless patience to answer my questions. My stay has been a lot more confortable and stress free because of her.

The name of the hotel in the main entrance should be changed to the name of the current hotel name to avoid confusion

Rooms are a good size have individual big patios

The front desk staff was great , helpful with restaurant suggestions, which turned out fantastic a supplied us with a blow dryer. The cafe connected to hotel, Zino’s is fun with good food , cafe an staff .

Looks like part of the hotel restaurant is under construction.

English speaking receptionist, bath, large room., near eating places and supermarkets

Location is good, in the city centre. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The landlord always answers the phone quickly when we need help, like taxi information and heating. The reception lady is kind and friendly to us. The bed is perfect to have wonderful sleep.

The room and shower room are too narrow that we don't have space to place oue stuff. The cleanness need to be improved that I find hair in the bathtub when check in.

Noise all night from the bar below, nobody on the desk had to find our own rooms

Room and bathroom clean

On arrival, only staff availabe were cleaners, who switched the heating on for us. Never saw a receptionist so next day no heating Emergency exit door LOCKED. Keypad entry system difficult to operate No spare toilet rolls, no bath mat inside or outside bath. No handle on bath to help with getting out. WiFi not operative

I booked and requested cancellation the same day. Even if the cancellation wasn't free, a partial refund would have been fair. Booking.com contacted the property but received no response.

Towels

This stay was very sketchy. No receptionist to speak of. Paperthin walls. Very loud bar noise from downstairs. There was a book for guests to add their name passport number and the room they stayed in and was able to be viewed by all. No computer system evident. I would not here again and cannot recommend to anyone. Spend more money and stay somewhere safer and nicer.
