Our apartment was clean and comfortable, quite spacious, and communication with the host was great. In general our stay was good, 30 minutes walk to the Cathedral doesn't seem to be too long. Bus stops are almost around the corner but the public transport schedule isn't very convenient so it's better to check what time your bus arrives (via the app) before leaving the apartment not to wait too long.

Despite the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor, we had to climb a large staircase to get into the building itself, which was not very pleasant with bags (but there is an option to go up another street without stairs, we found it later). It was raining outside during our stay, so the air in the apartment became humid, moreover there's no ventilation in the bathroom.

Having codes for opening the doors is easy and convenient. The price was good for the dates we chose. The shower was powerful and the water was hot and nice. The checkin time was flexible, which we appreciated. The living room was spacious and the bed was comfy and hard (I prefer hard mattresses!)

The shower glass was too small so the water spilled out easily. The TV was extremely small and it didn't work anyway ("no signal" warning in all channels). The kitchen had only the barebones basics. No salt, no kitchen towels, no cling film, no cutting board etc. There was no washing machine, although there is a laundry service on demand.

The bed was comfortable, clean linen and bathing soap provided and the apartment was clean. I waasthere for a week and the linen was changed during my stay. The cleaning staff were very sweet, friendly and efficient. The reception cared for my luggage as I arrived long before the check in time - I received the access information on Whatsapp. The free Wi-Fi was very welcome. The bus route is easily accessible with several options of buses to take. Easy walk into the city when the weather is right.

I wanted to cook for myself and the kitchen equipment was limited and no kettle. Plates were cracked. I didn't anticipate the long steep hill climb to reach the apartment - is this why there is no cancelation policy?

The studio apartment was AMAZING! Big window, very quiet place. The beds were very comfortable (I always worry about the mats but it felt just super comfy) The stream of the shower was strong and good The kitchen was comfortable It is outside of the center, so if you have a cat it’s perfect as there’s no problem with parking at all. But I don’t know about the public transport I would definitely come back!

Just the location looks a bit problematic for those who wants to be in the center of the city. Check public transport before. If you with a car- then you good. Have nothing bad to say :)

In the reservation it was written that the payment for the apartment will be made upon arrival at the location. However, two days earlier they started sending messages that my card was not valid and that they would cancel the reservation. We walked from Porto to Santiago and the whole time I used that card to pay for accommodation and now at the end of the trip they report that the card is invalid even though they shouldn't have charged in advance. It was not pleasant to hear that they would cancel the reservation after you had walked over 300 kilometers.

Nice spacious apartment outside of the city center of Santiago de Compostela for 4 people. I liked the contactless check-in and the ability to use a code to enter the building and the apartment. Overall nice stay, given most other places in the center, were fully booked.

Relatively expensive and quite far from the city center (40min walk). There was some issue with online check-in, but it got sorted after contacting the reception

The apartment was spacious and clean, we had everything we needed there. The checking in system was very fast and convenient. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well.

The bed had one long pillow, instead of two short ones which wasn't comfortable for two people. The fridge freezer was a little dated and rusty. You can hear noise clearly from other apartments.

The room was very pleasant, clean, and good value for money. There was a bar 6 minutes away, near the petrol station, with a bus stop nearer.

I found the entry info. a little confusing: a room labelled 209 might imply second floor – in fact, it was Street no. 24, room 9, ground floor. The ground floor entry code is applicable to more than one of the adjacent buildings. That said, the doors are covered in contact phone numbers, and this reception very patiently and quickly guided us to our room.

The apartment was small but very comfortable in a very quiet area.

It was quite tricky to find and a bit far from the centre of Santiago. Our flat was ground floor so we were afraid to leave the window open wide at night or when we were out. That made the flat quite hot.

The place was nice , although it lack some small things like salt,a bigger coffee maker, oil etc to really use the kitchen.

The self check in was a little complicated at first, we went in just fine but I could not imagine an older person checking in to the apartment.
