The hotel was located close to the old town and an easy walk of less than a kilometre after we discovered the elevator that took us up to the street above from where we could go straight along to one of the entrances. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with good wifi. The breakfast was fairly basic but enough to start the day. No restrictions on how much you could eat or drink.

The breakfast room tended to be a bit noisy when it was full because of the acoustics of the room. The one day it was exceptionally noisy, the receptionist moved us into the cafe at the front of the hotel without us even having to ask - she could tell how noisy it was from her desk!

The room altogether was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location was pretty good as there was a specialty coffee in the area, supermarkets, bars etc. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The only thing we didn’t like was that there was only one power socket in the room, which felt odd. Also, as we had a twin bedroom, there were two separate beds which had wheels. It was funny that they kept subtly moving around the room due to those wheels.

I like how its very accessible. There’s a bus going to the center qhich is like 10-15 min away. It’s a quiet place and clean place qhich is really good

I don’t know if this is something common in Galicia, but there was no AC, no way to adjust the heating as its centralised I supposed. So it comes to a point were its very hot and all you can do is open the window.

The hotel is located about 20min walk from the cathedral, by the wide street. There are some restaurants, cafes and pizzeria nearby. The hotel is a little bit old stylish, but clean and comfortable. The room was big enough. We also ate breakfast - for us it was diversed enough, also with warm dishes The staff is nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel; rooms of sufficient space, clean bathroom. The hotel serves breakfast with a good choice of food (what is not very common in Spain ;-)) Nice personnel, helpful with the parking location. The distance to Cathedral is approx. 15-20 minutes.

Good location, walking distance,. Car parking under neath was 8 euro per day. Very tight, narrow and low entrance. Room was clean. No air conditioning however there was a tower fan. Exceptionally hot but windows open. Next door to a laundromat.

Staff was very helpful, bed was comfortable, room was clean and large, bathroom had a jet tub which was amazing after walking the Camino. Ask for room 506, it was great. Try DeLito restaurant, so good!

The walls were thin and it was a little out of the way for all the restaurants and sights but not far.

The front desk attendant was amazing when we arrived late at night, tired and hungry! She was quick and friendly with great customer servie.

Lamps on the nightstand would have been better than only bright lights on the ceiling.

The rooms are quite simple, but extremely clean. There's a fridge, two elevators, a spotless bathroom. It's a 3 star so you can't expect luxury, but it is definitely a good option, recently renovated, a short walk from the city centre.

The window did not stay open properly, it was the only small issue I had.

Clean and comfortable hotel. 24hr reception - important if you have a very early airport transfer. 20min walk to the cathedral.

5am airport taxi booking made at reception the previous day was never placed with the taxi company. Luckily the night receptionist was able to call us a taxi relatively quickly - a few nervous moments in advance of a flight.
