Parking was available upon request in a nearby garage! Breakfast was great with many options. The location was within good walking distance to the cathedral with many shops and restaurant options on the way. Definitely recommend to anybody who is interested in culture, architecture or comes to Santiago de Compostela for religious reasons!

The verbal directions to the garage. It would have been wonderful had she stepped outside with us, pointed us physically in the right direction and told us that we had to make a very sharp right onto the SMALL road that led to the entrance of the garage. Otherwise staff was very helpful and nice. Great value in a very desired location!

The breakfast was ok

Almost never had anybody at the front desk The day I left I was desperate for a taxi to take to the airport I didn’t have a connection since my phone usfrim US The night before I left the internet was out and I need to go on the internet to find my ticket and messages from my son I went downstairs for help , but nobody was there I asked one of the employee who was helping at the breakfast and she found a taxi for me and I was very greatfull Tofind a taxi was dificult due to a music festival that day I could bad missed my transportation Other than that the place was very nice

The hotel was nice and offered good value for the price. It’s located about 1 km from the city center and just 100 meters from a supermarket, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and both the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The bathroom was stocked with gels, shampoo, and soap, which we appreciated. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Although there was no wardrobe, it wasn’t an issue for us since we only stayed one night. Key collection was quick and easy at the reception, with no delays. This was our final stop after completing the Camino, and it provided us with much-needed privacy and comfort.

The only real issue we encountered was with the window. It opened in an unusual way — on three edges instead of two — and since it extended from the floor to the ceiling, it felt quite unsafe and potentially dangerous. We ended up not opening it at all. While this didn’t ruin our stay, it’s something that could be improved for guest safety.

We were a group of 4 friends walking along the Portuguese Camino and stayed in the Hotel Conchieros for a couple of nights at the end in Santiago. The hotel is very nice and clean and comfortable, and only about a 10 - 15 minute easy walk from the Cathedral and the historic downtown area. The breakfast was only just ok - I would recommend going across the street to the nearby cafe for a better breakfast value. However, the staff were all very helpful in receiving our luggage transfer and calling a taxi in the morning to get to the bus station - very helpful when my Spanish is very limited. All in all, a good place to stay that is close enough but also a bit removed from the busy downtown tourist & peregrino activity.

We had to book this hotel with an hour's notice due to an issue with another booking. The young lady on Reception was absolutely lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were bars and a supermarket next door which was appreciated, especially the bar. We booked breakfast ( in error) but the breakfast area was lovely and bright with a good selection for. Continental breakfast.

Personal opinion, another mirror in the room, the only one was in the bathroom, similarly another waste bin. Perhaps a mini fridge which is quite common in Spain. But this isn't a complaint!

I arrived in Santiago after midnight. Taxis are sparse but there are a few at the airport to bring you to your hotel at a fixed cost of €23 and more than a few people waiting at the rank so it’s not totally stranded. The receptionist left me instructions on how to gain entry into the hotel as the desk is unmanned at night. The room is clean and the shower is amazing and free breakfast is included.

The hotel is slow to answer messages but nevertheless, they do eventually answer and are the most helpful people.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful at all times. Room was always left spotless clean and the location was great. Breakfast buffet had all the basics and really great pastries.

The room felt a bit small and there was not a lot of place to accommodate our stuff (two small nightstands and a small open closet), I normally wouldn't have even noticed but we traveled with a baby so it felt a little tight

The road outside, even though not a main road, gets quite a bit of traffic, but because it’s on the outskirts of town (0.65 miles to the cathedral) it’s nowhere near as loud as some other busier roads closer to town, the footfall going passed the hotel is a lot quieter here than in town as well, which is a big bonus.

The hotel is clean and located just 15 minutes walking to the Cathedral. The staff was friendly and the breakfast excellent.

I think it was too expensive, even if it was the cheaper option for Santiago at the time we booked. So, I think the problem it's not the hotel itself but the prices in the area that are crazy (we booked one night on July 25th).

Love the staff and the location. Great Tabac coffee shop across the street either yummy coffee and breakfast at a much more reasonable cost than the cafes in city center. Two grocery stores one on each end of the block as well as produce markets. The bus stop for the airport is also nearby.

It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator.
