I chose this hostel only because it was the only one left but I was positively surprised when I got there. Yes, there are a lot of beds but the room is quite spacious and separated with some walls so it wasn't bad at all. I found it quite comfortable. Yes, it's a bit out of the center but it was quite easy to get there and there are nice cafes on the way as well as a supermarket close by. Staff was extremely understanding and helpful, they let me stay in the lobby to wait for my late flight.

The bathroom is very small and there is literally nowhere to put you stuff, the paper towels container was empty and it was not refilled in 2 days

All great. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Quietness. Wifi is strong. There are two vending machines, especially the coffee one, which I used a lot. Shower is strong. Minus point is toilet inside the room, you can hear people pipi while sleeping. There is only 1 room with 29 bunk beds, but it seems to be comfortable enough for a night rest or two.

Location: it's a little far from the Bus/Train station, it took me an hour walking more or less to get there.

Very friendly staff who let me hang out well past check out time for my evening flight. Honored my request for a lower bunk, as I have a medical condition. It's located along the French Camino route into Santiago, and I was able to cheer Pilgrims on for their last few kilometers.

It's further from the Cathedral than indicated pre-booking. For this reason, I didn't walk to the Cathedral at night, when the incense burner was scheduled to be used.

Modern and nice place to stay. The lady on the reception is cute! I liked the sitting room with tables and couches. And the sleeping room is okay. The bathroom is ok as well. Though the ladies who used it weren’t neat…left the hair everywhere. But we had really good rest there after Camino. Thank you!

The beds are a bit low - bumped my head in the morning. No water in the kitchen.

Security: gate code and key to room. Also the private room, bathroom and the air conditioner. It was mostly peaceful, not a lot of other people. Staff was friendly.

The private bathroom was makeshift, the door was very thin and not well insulated for sound, so being there felt like being in the kitchen next door

We had a serious problem to contact the receptionist by phone in the evening. A man who picked up did not speak English at all. Fortunately, there was a man speaking Spanish and English, sleeping in the hostel with us. He helped us to explain and solve our problem.

Staff lovely. Kitchen pretty good too. Comfortable beds with fresh clean linen.

A light kept switching on and off in the dorm all night long. It's a totally unnecessary light any time but if it would only remain either on or off it would be far better because every time somebody turned over this motion activated light switched on the off. Somebody else moves and on it comes again all night. Off would be perfect as there is sufficient light in the room with the little green ceiling lights and the ambient outside lights. Please remove it.

Comfortable beds, good facilities, clean bathrooms. The wi-fi is good and the kitchen is spacious with lots of good cooking tools

The ladder my bed wasn’t very sturdy & didn’t seem to be connected to anything so I almost fell getting in and out of bed

We needed to use the code for late entry because of late train. The extra room was ready for us and well appointed. We were able to use facility without disturbing anyone

I liked that it is a nice clean hostel with lovely staff who couldn't do enough to make people welcome. Stayed for 2 nights . Highly recommend. And the bus stop for the airport 6A is at the top of the steps to the street. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Also gave proper top and bottom sheets as well as towels etc. Top marks for service
