Very friendly owners. The hotel is situated right outside Santiago. There are two bus stops close to the hotel which makes it easy to get either to the airport or the centre of the city (though be aware that the 6A bus to the airport can be full). Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. No issues with noise whatsoever. In case the restaurant next to the Hotel is closed, there are several places within 1km distance where you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel isn't far from the airport and you can get there by bus in 10 mins or so. It's cheap but very clean and comfortable. 24-hour front desk. A very nice lady helped us to call a taxi.

There was no water in the room or in the foyer. There is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, which makes bringing luggage to the room very hard (but they helped me ☺️)

Located in the small village of San Marcos which really has very few amenities but close enough to Santiago de Compostela that we could walk into the city to complete our Camino Frances and still have time to get our Compostelas and attend mass at the Cathedral. Hotel was quiet and comfortable.

No restaurant. Very basic amenities. Heat on only intermittently. Condensation on the windows and damp and cold in the morning.

The room was very comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The staff was exceptionally supportive and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the lack of an in-house restaurant, which meant having to find local places for meals like breakfast.

Pleasant and affordable accomodation. Good value for money. Very pleasant staff. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Well located half way between airport and town, and right next to bus stop. Good shutters to keep the light out.

Nothing, fairly priced, would stay again. Was next to road, put ear plugs straight in and slept well.

Nice location in nature, room was good for what we paid and staff was very friendly and helpful. It's what we expected.

This was the cheapest place we found that wasn't a shared bedroom but was still expensive for what we got. We also found a sock under the bed. But don't have any complaints, was a good experience

Clean, comfortable and good value. Convenient bus service to airport or Santiago. Very good value restaurant just across the road.

There was nothing I disliked. Some may find it too isolated from city life despite the regular bus service.

Ideal location for visiting the city , number 6 bus stops just opposite the hotel which goes into the city centre only 1 euro per person every 20 mins ,

No food or breakfast but there is a lovely restaurant and bar in the village

Was very pleasant location. Bus to town was conveniently located across the street along with restaurants.

I can’t think of what I didn’t like about property except was awkward to open front door when hands were full.

Very clean. The man who checked me in was nice and seemed to look out for the guests. Staff went above and beyond to help when I needed to change my reservation.

Location was just ok. Far from most things but there is a bus stop in front.
