Marco was responsive, easy to communicate with, and accommodating. The location is in the city center, near shopping, the metro and across the street from a pedestrian area with outdoor cocktail bars and restaurants. Galleria di Principe is a lovely indoor mall with high glass ceilings, shops and some restaurants. We absolutely loved the location. The rooms are all newly renovated and beautiful with air conditioning and all the amenities we could have wanted. There's a common space for breakfast, which was provided. Marco was helpful, eager to please and shared his contact information over WhatsApp.

We truly enjoyed our stay, but the plumbing situation with the toilets is a minor gripe. The B&B is located on the second floor of what must be a very old apartment building, and the plumbing system can't handle toilet paper. It even took us multiple flushes just to pass typical... solids. I'm not sure if that was just a problem with our specific room or the building in general.

We really enjoyed our stay here. When we made the reservation, we asked for a specific room and it was given to us once we checked-in. The staff was very friendly and asked us constantly if everything is ok. The room was very big, clean and had everything we needed, plus more: biscuits & jam, kettle, mugs, napkins, lots of towels, shower gel. When we arrived we even had one big bottle of water, one of juice and one of milk in the fridge (very nice touch!). Breakfast was included and it consisted in one croissant per person each morning (very good and fresh ones). The location is very convenient, you can get to Via Toledo in 10 minutes by walking, and is close to bus/metro/a lot of restaurants/coffee spots. Great value!

Even if it's not something that staff can control, on our last night there was a neighbour in another room that was speaking very loudly on their phone around midnight, even if the quiet hours were between 9pm-10am. Also, keep in mind that the area there is very busy around any time of the day, so if you have problems with your sleep this may be a boomer.

The place is very well located, in city centre close to many attractions, National Archeological Museum is just opposite - 3 min walk. Marco is fantastic host - so much friendly and helpful! We had early checkout - there was breakfast ready for us in the room. There were water, juice and milk in the fridge for thirsty travellers. Room is also equipped with a kettle and tea. There is coffee machine in the lobby with all other needed things. Apartments are very safe, located in closed yard. Easy to get there. Plenty of bakeries around. Special thanks to Marco for being available all the time and helping with any questions! Next time in Naples, we will stay at B&B Galleria Principe only!

Excellent property and location, in the heart of the old historic district of Naples. We would definitely stay here again. In easy walking distance to all the main attractions, shops, buses, metro, train station, and pickup points for tours. Marco the host was exceptional, and answered all our questions. You could use the little kitchen there, this is crucial if you are on a particular diet plan/eat specific food. It is also in the city center, the location is very good and accessible. Marco and the staff there are friendly and supportive.

This is a B&B, by knowing this, you would be able to manage your expectations. Italy roughly speaking is expensive generally wherever you go as it is doing very well in terms of tourism.

The B&B is located in the heart of one of the most lively and beautiful parts of Naples and is completely renovated and outmost clean. Marco, the manager, has been very friendly and helpful. Every morning you are provided with freshly baked "cornetto". All the facilities (kitchen, toilet) are perfectly working and brand new.

The room was very spacious (the ceiling is 5 meters in height) and had everything that you would need. The host is extremely polite and helpful, so if you have any questions, he will assist you.

I cannot say that I did not like something about our stay in regard to the hotel. Although, you should be warned that the traffic in Napoli is pretty dangerous. You have to be always careful not to get run down by motorbikes.

Τhe place is near everything. It's nice big rooms spotless clean bathroom and general speaking its like home. Marcos, is the person who handles everything and the person who makes you feel at home.Great place to be!!

Spacious, well-appointed property. Marco was a fantastic host - nothing was too much trouble. He arranged for us to leave our luggage early and was so helpful in orientating ourselves in the city. Excellent throughout!

Top reasons for this B&B room is the location - directly in the center, walking distance to the crowdy and 'live' Via Toledo street, great connection to the near Metro stations (Museo and Dante) and buses. Furthermore, clean, spacious, well equipped room and bathroom. Bonus was the excellent coffee we could prepare in the shared kitchen's Lavazza coffee maker from Lavazza capsules. And lastly, high pro-active care by the host Marco, before and during our stay via Whatsapp.

Too lenghty and detail explanation about standard and non-standard equipment and features upon our arrival (after 7-hour travelling). Could be limited to a few non-standard things like electricity and coffee machine. ;)
