The staff was friendly and personable, and the location is very convenient for those traveling on I-80. There are also several dining and refueling options in close proximity. (The fuel at both the Love's and Shell at this interchange are a little cheaper than what you'll find a little further into OH and definitely much cheaper than what you'll find traveling into PA.) The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The facility is beginning to show its age, but it's clean. There is coffee available in the lobby, but I did not see any other breakfast options. However, a Dunkin Donut is just on the other side of the parking lot. For those wanting a sit-down eatery, the Globe Restaurant is next door.

This is an excellent location for those traveling on I-80. It is right off the exit and has other services close by, e.g., fuel and several dining options, some even across the parking lot from the hotel. For those traveling eastbound, the cost of fuel at the Shell & Pilot gas stations at this exit is much less expensive than what you'll pay in PA. Even those traveling west into OH will find that fuel at this exit will be less expensive than what you will find even a couple of exits further into the state. I have stayed here multiple times on my various trips and have found the staff here very friendly and helpful. The sit-down restaurant, The Globe Restaurant, in the complex is your basic diner, but the food is decent and reasonably priced.

The hotel does not include a breakfast, but as mentioned above, the nextdoor restaurant provides a hearty breakfast at a reasonable price.

Bed and pillows: comfortable I particularly liked having an armchair. The hotel is literally a few steps to The Globe restaurant, which offered ok homestyle meals. There's also a nice bar, a hotdog shop, and shopping within the same mall.

The only thing that needed attention was the curtains in the room. I also ran out of hot water in the shower after 3 to 5 minutes. Please, at least fix that.

The waitress at the attached restaurant thought that the entire restaurant should know how she felt about the current president. She was unprofessional and extremely obnoxious. Very inappropriate for a workplace discussion when there are customers present.

This location is extremely convenient for anyone traveling on I-80. There are services close by, some of them even share a parking lot--fuel and several dining options. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It also appears that the bathroom had been updated within the last several years. (For those traveling eastbound on I-80, refuel here in Ohio. It is less expensive than getting fuel in Pennsylvania.)

The facility has free coffee in the lobby throughout the night and into the morning, but does not offer any breakfast options. You can easily get a quick breakfast sandwich at the Dunkin' Donuts on the other side of the parking lot, however. There's also a McDonalds across the street. There also appears to be a sit-down restaurant on the other side of the parking lot, but I did not eat there. Thus, I cannot make a recommendation one way or the other about it.

I'm super picky. This is by far one of the best hotel experiences we've had and it all comes down to John, the owner. He's exceptionally kind and so are the others that work the front desk and clean the rooms. The rates here are some of the best around and the cleanliness of this hotel, which takes pets, is top notch! The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. The location is fantastic, we're surrounded by lots of local diners on Main Street that are all top rated as well. We ended up extending our stay as we're in between residences at the moment.

We arrived very late and everyone was very nice and helped us to get to our room quickly so we could get some much needed sleep. Because of our late arrival, the hotel called my wife who booked our room and she was able to pay ahead over the phone, giving consent to use the card on file. This helped us to check in quickly and effortlessly. Great staff and a very clean hotel and room.

The location was excellent since I’m in the trucking industry. It’s attached to the truck stop. They have an awesome restaurant located in the truckstop and also a nice cozy little bar to have after dinner drink. It’s an excellent value for the money because the rooms are very clean and the staff is also very accommodating.

Very clean, very friendly & helpful staff. Really appreciated the offer of help by the staff after Booking.com didn’t send our message to the hotel about needing a first floor room for a wheelchair user. We had to carry our family member & her chair up the stairs but staff was apologetic and helped carry our bags. The bathroom & shower were fantastic!

Bed was a little too firm for me. An extra blanket in the room would have been nice. We couldn’t adjust the temperature too much since we had both hot and cold sleepers in the room

It was very clean. It smelt clean, looked cleaned and felt clean which I love. The staff was amazing during the whole process. They greeted you anytime you entered and overall it was a great experience.

Our toilet seat was broken, so anytime you say town the whole thing came off the toilet because it was missing the peices in the back that held it together. Also I would have liked a comforter also on the bed.
