I recently attended my 30th anniversary celebration and was generally satisfied with the room to which I was relocated. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that welcome items belonging to another couple had not been removed. They were gracious in their apology and promptly addressed the situation. Additionally, we requested basic amenities, including extra pillows and an ironing board; however, the response time was longer than anticipated due to low occupancy levels. In summary, our overall experience was positive, and we are considering several daycation trips back to the location, primarily due to the establishment's exceptional cleanliness and George's commendable hospitality.

The property is located across the road from the Jersey board walk .It has 2 public car parks on either side.The partial ocean view rooms offer views of the ocean /car park from the balcony .Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. It was well maintained.The staff , at both the front desk as well as the bar were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Debbie, George D, Melanie and Michelle at the front desk for all their help in making our stay very comfortable.

The hotel is stunning, as was our room. It's so private and wasn't too busy while we were there mid May. Staff are amazing, right from the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome. Bathroom was lovely, fantastic facilities. The shower was great, loved the fact there was a bath and the toiletries provided were lush. Outside of the hotel, the boardwalk is literally a two minute walk away and there are some great local restaurants. Everyone we met in Asbury Park was really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Room service menu is limited and expensive, but the food we did have was nice. There are much better options for food outside of the hotel.

There was so much that we loved! The high level of professionalism of every staff member we spoke with, delivered with immense warmth and genuine care, was a joy. Deborah, George, Melanie, Lauren, Susana, Skylar, and housekeeping staff were attentive, respectful, friendly and delightful. Our suite was large, bright, and a pleasure to relax in. Thank you all!

Outstanding customer service. The staff was accommodating and very friendly!

I like to be able to swim in the morning and although it was mid May the pool was not yet open…I booked a couples massage but I didn’t realize they use an outside vendor…I could have saved 50% off the very expensive massage by hiring a masseuse to come to the room…at this price point I expect the “spa” to have a sauna or steam room etc. but it is not a spa…it is just a massage room…

From the moment we checked-in we felt like a VIP already. Staff was friendly, our room was beautiful and clean, and the whole ambiance of the hotel screams luxury. We definitely enjoyed the pool too.

Its decor was subtle but pleasant and comfortable.

I got lost in the hallways. I didn’t realize they were the outer edges of the building and followed a lines of a square. I would have liked the exit nearest the elevator to tell me the elevator was on the other side of the door.

Very handy to the activities of Asbury Park

If you’re not a high-end traveler, it’s almost uncomfortable with things you are used to do in yourself that they don’t allow, for example, going down to an ice machine and getting ice. They have to bring it to you.

Location, facilities, food and staff all exceptional

The rates are expensive, especially when you add the fees and taxes. The wifi was poor to level I switched off and used my own carrier to hotspot

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were always helpful, but especially George, the ambassador bell Nan. he couldn’t do enough to help, with restaurants, directions, local area information and much more. he always had a smile on his face and friendly word, this turned a great stay into an exceptional stay. There was also a great pianist, singer and songwriter, Arlan, on the Saturday night. We throughly enjoyed our evening listening to him.
