We book both rooms and villas. Room are good sized and clean. Staff are helpful in cleaning up the verandah as we needed to use it for group yoga in the morning. Local choices breakfast are good too. We had a enjoyable retreat in Pai.

Lighting around the property could be very improved and turned on till later in the evening. The compound is lit till about 7pm. However anything after that you'll need a torch to get back to the villa. Even handphone torch light may not be bright enough for the walk to/fro the villas. Coupled with paths that could be slippery when wet, its not that friendly even for adults. It will be good to equipped the villas/rooms with torchlight to make it easier to navigate, especially families with elderly and children. Western breakfast taste could be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at Puripai! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. They kindly upgraded our room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The team was also very flexible with arranging shuttle times to the city, which made our stay even more convenient. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary vouchers — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly appreciated. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Pai’s atmosphere. The service was outstanding and always delivered with a genuine smile. Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in the heart of nature! The location is stunning – surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. Our room was spacious, super comfortable, and beautifully designed with attention to every little detail. You can really feel the thought and care that went into creating this place. The staff were so kind and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist. The pool was a real highlight – relaxing in the water while taking in that incredible view was just magical. We didn’t get a chance to try the food since we were meeting up with family in town, but judging by how well everything else was done, I’m sure it’s just as amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy a peaceful retreat in nature.

Probably the hotel with the most beautiful view in Pai! All Pai mountains are just spread Infront of your room, absolutely amazing! You don't need to look for any other view point in the area. In addition, this amazing view comes with a very nice villa and fantastic private swimming pool. Great experience.

The villa interior standards are not that high. Some small issues with the glass doors and toilet, but nothing serious. With higher interior standards, this hotel is easy 5 stars rating and 10 score!

‏Wow! ‏this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been in. The design is modern combined with a clear local ecstatic which produces a gorgeous get away from life and your troubles. ‏Second the view from the rooms is breathtaking. ‏So much green and blue and the mountains. It really doesn’t get any better than that. ‏The place super taken care of at all time, ‏Every corner is just beautiful. ‏Breakfast was good and available. ‏You have free drive from the hotel to the Main Street in phi and back every couple of hours and the driver was available to us even between. ‏Last but not least, what made this stay excellent was the wonderful stuff! Each and every one of them was super nice, attentive and smiley. ‏I really can’t stress this enough. ‏Especially gob and mei at the reception was absolutely wonderful!!

We loved this property and even extended our stay here. Great location - property was so quiet and peaceful but you could still get to town with a short drive (we rented a car). The whole property is so well kept and stunning. We liked the unlimited filter coffee at breakfast. Staff was very kind and accommodating towards us. They allowed us to have our own alcohol and food by the pool. The healthy green smoothies were great! The views of the mountains from the pool deck were just EVERYTHING! I could really find peace here.

Our water temperature in the shower at our first room was not working well. The manager ended up upgrading us to a new room where the water temperature was much more stable. Breakfast was good but sometimes they had a whole salad bar and other times they didn't. I wish they had the salad bar option every day. They didn't have any cocktails available and very small selection of beer and wine. Treadmill was very old and even stopped working while we were there. But I like that the staff provided me with a yoga mat. We didn't like that you couldn't get a fancy coffee (latte or cappuccino until 11am).

The view of the hotel is stunning, looking at the green hills in the back. From some of the rooms, the pool and the breakfast area all amazing views at the valley/hills. To get this you are a 10 min drive away from the town of Pai but if you like the quietness that’s worth it

Hotel is 10 years old and can see maintenance has been done soso. Water tap is loose, paint wearings, things like that Breakfast was ok but not great. Limited choice beyond the menu of egg dishes Staff is less attentive than in rest of what we seen so far in Thailand. English understanding is not great

The room was lovely and the view so beautiful. The bed was comfortable.

The staff weren't particularly communicative. Compared to other places in SE Asia, I didn't feel their customer service was great. The breakfast wasn't great and it was a shame the cafe near the pool wasn't open earlier as their coffee was very nice compared to the filter coffee served at breakfast.

Great location with great views. Breakfast and room were both good.

Seemed to run out of bananas daily. Shower in main villa room opened inwards which was a bit annoying since it was a small and that mean the floor got a bit wet. Had a minor issue with the shuttle not showing up at the scheduled time but a quick call to the resort and everything was resolved.
