I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The cleanliness of the entire property was truly impressive, and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel director (Mr. Francesco) for the warm welcome extended to my family. I greatly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, the late checkout until 2 PM—which was very convenient for my late flight—and the personal assistance in guiding us to our room while explaining all the room’s features and amenities. This thoughtful hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

All was fine. Just as comment & recommendation for the upcoming gusts that Como Hills resort (Padel resort) entrance signboard was not clear at Maserati showroom entrance. However Mr. Francesco send me earlier message which I didn’t see it, and he meets me at the entrance.

From the first warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful check-out, the staff made the stay truly special. They were not only professional and courteous, but genuinely caring—always ready with a smile, quick to offer help. The rooms were a highlight in themselves: spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished with an eye for both comfort and style. I loved the clean, minimalist design paired with cozy touches—plus, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What sets this hotel apart are its amenities. With 11 padel courts, both indoor and outdoor, it’s a dream for sports lovers. The pool was equally impressive—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent, offering beverages, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options. They offered us a free ride to the nearby train station, which was a thoughtful extra that made local travel effortless. In short, Como Hills Hotel goes above and beyond in every way, whether you're here for leisure, sports, or a mix of both. I couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to return.

The location is not bad, but I wish it were within walking distance to the center

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The service was top notch. You don’t get this level of service at the normal 5star hotels. There are only 21 rooms in the hotel, so the facility is mostly empty and very private. everything in the room/ shower furniture were high end brand. They all had nice feature but also very good experience and comfort. For example, the chair at the balcony. Overall we had very nice experience at the hotel. Thanks for making such a beautiful hotel. We would love to come back in the future. P.S. The food is also amazing at the restaurant! (19th August Dinner, was lovely. thanks!)

I went to Como on a road trip. I could not book any of the famous hotels in the area. I also had a toddler so I needed to stay near supermarkets etc. I booked Como Hills on a whim, not sure what to expect but the room was very clean and the shower was very strong. Most of all the staff under the current manager (July, 2025) made everything super efficient. They were all attentive, alert and kind. Right now I am staying at a hotel at another city which cost 100x more than Como Hills per night but all the staff is so horrible that I told my husband maybe they need to replace all of them with the team from Como Hills (no joke)! Highlight : the swimming pool had a rubber mat underneath for soft landing, and several tiers of baby pool depth levels : the combo was so perfect for my toddler who is learning to swim with me this summer. I have been all over the world and in many hotels : both casual and lux but this pool, was designed so perfectly for kids (families) maybe other famous and super expensive hotels should come and study it.

I loved everything except maybe the Padel courts, they seem like they were put in later but I can’t blame the hotel because the courts were full of people, made good use of empty space, and it made the hotel lively.

A heaven for padel fans! Or for families looking for a comfortable stay with a nice pool area and excellent food served on property. The staff were delightful and welcoming and incredibly helpful. Modern and clean and the inside of the property has a high end resort feel. The hotel is not walking distance to Como City but their lovely shuttle drivers do frequent drops in town. We enjoyed staying a little bit outside of the crowded city. Breakfast at Como Hills is a delight with so much attention to detail.

Only negative is the underwhelming entrance which is via the padel courts. It does not do the property justice because once past the padel courts, it is beautiful!

Great staff. Delicious breakfast. Convenient parking. Good water pressure in the shower. Comfortable mattresses. Spacious closet. There are beach towels. You can make tea/coffee in the room. Very convenient to stay with a dog, dogs are allowed at breakfast inside the restaurant. Heated pool.

Everything is great, but we will never refuse if you raise the temperature in the pool by a couple more degrees. Very small sign for the entrance to the hotel from the road - we drove past it the first time. It would be cool to draw a huge sign for the entrance right on the road.

Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

We need instructions on how to turn on the heating radiator in the bathroom)

The hotel is very nice, modern, and comfortable. The staff was amazing, breakfast was excellent, and they were very welcoming to our dog, even providing a water bowl. Also, the shower was the best I’ve ever experienced. The only downside is the location — about a 30-minute walk from the center of Como, in what feels like an industrial area with nothing interesting around. The name “Como Hills” is a bit misleading, as it’s definitely not in the hills.
