Sparkling clean. Even my husband said "Wow!" when we entered the room. That is high praise from him as he travels a lot. Everyone was helpful and especially nice. Even the guests we didn't know, with whom we ate breakfast, were kind and pleasant.

I needed to extend my stay by one night. By using the extend your stay feature (or change the dates), my price for 3 nights went from $400 for 2 nights to $750 for 3 nights. That extra night was $350!!!!!! So I booked that extra night separately for $200, the same rate as my already booked 2 nights. Too clunky!!!!

I will always return to this hotel. The location is excellent. Great free breakfast that is homemade, fresh sliced fruit and fresh fruit water available all day. Beds, pillows and rooms are very nice, comfortable and well stocked.

The bed comforters are clean and pretty, but very heavy. And the bathroom floors are surface clean, but not deep cleaned.

Absolutely clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The room was spacious. The shower had shampoo and body wash dispensers. The towels were rolled up as opposed to being draped over on a rack. Almost a small kitchenette as you walk in the door with a small fridge and microwave.

The television was in the middle of the room instead of facing directly towards a couch or bed.

The best pet friendly accommodation I have ever used. Breakfast is more than adequate. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower was great. Parking was plentiful. Staff was friendly.

I really can't think of anything. Oh yeh, the ice maker on our floor was out of service. Bummer if I had needed ice.

Did not like The direction of airflow of vent for heater/cooler. It needs to be directed up rather than directly out into room. We placed a chair in front of it so air did not blow directly on us.

Great service, easy parking, accessible to train, bus, hospital, tons of shopping, Hwy yet it's not noisy at all.

There wasn't food I could eat as most everything was high carbs, pork, or sugar. For example, having a choice of plain yogurt would have been great. Homemade eggs instead of pre-prepared from a mix would've been better.

The breakfast was satisfying and had variety. The fruit offering was impressive.

The fried eggs only come in one style. But the addition of egg with cheese taco style was a welcome change.

Everything...... this is my third visit to this property. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. It is located right at Lincoln and I-25. Breakfast is hot and varied with options.

My last morning was the exception that proves the rule......... It did not seem the omelets and sausage links were very hot this morning. Still acceptable but I think the steam table had gone out.

The room service I guessed forgot to clean the room for a few days.

I was having surgery at the hospital and location was perfect Staff that prepared breakfast was clean and on top of her duties. She made a delicious green chili.
