The staff were lovely, the hotel try and do everything they can for you. Everyone was so kind, especially night staff. We just wanted somewhere to stay so we could explore Komatsu and it was perfect for that. Even if we didn't have a hire car, Komatsu station is at the end of the street. The futons in the family room were more comfortable than the western beds we have stayed in.

It is a very simple hotel so don't expect to have normal amenities. They try to make up for it (having snack foods and drinks for purchases and giving free crossaint packages each day) but it isn't a full fledged hotel. More like a motel.

The staff were so nice and full of hospitality. They remembered me and helped without asking. I got a smoking room with my booking error. I asked for a non-smoking room but they were full on the first day. After going back from my room to the lobby, the staff offered me a non-smoking room available on the second day. I just packed my luggage and left at the front desk. The hotel staff helped me move to the new room before I went back to the hotel. 2 pieces of croissants everyday.

The staff can't speak English well but they tried to communicate by using the translation program.

Well, there are only packaged croissants for breakfast (two per visitor) since they do not have a restaurant. You can get free coffee down stairs (with small sitting area). We (including 3yo and 4yo) stay a night before flying from Komatsu Airport. We stayed in a tatami (Japanese style) room with futon (mattress and blanket on the floor), which was perfect for small children. Also, it was very close to the airport and the JR station. We arrived by train late at night, being super tired. So we just went to a "conbini " (Seven Eleven inside the JR station) to get bento and rice balls, came back to the hotel, and heated them up with a microwave (one per floor?) for nice dinner. It is very convenient a short 'transitional stay". The price was very reasonable too.

You can see the building and the sign from the JR station, but it was a bit difficult to find the actual hotel..No restaurants or other amusement facilities, so this is for someone who just need to sleep. Instead, there are a lot going on in the area (just in front of the JR Komatsu Station).

The hotel is close to Komtaus station and 4 km from Komatsu airport. There are many restaurants in the vicinity and the hotel has free rental bicycles (two pretty old, but well maintained city bikes). The closest convenience store is some 700 m away. But the hotel offers two croissants for free every morning and free coffee in the lobby.

Fantastic night sleep on the futon in a tatami mat room. The underlay provided excellent comfort. Quiet, spacious and clean. Very short walk to the station.

There was free coffee in the lobby. They give 2 pieces of plain croissant type sandwiches for breakfast per day.

Dingy, old feeling and so expensive. Too bad hotels around Komatsu station are so expensive for some reason. There's not much to justify the price, other than the fact that its probably better than the APA hotel nearby (my opinion)
