The use of a digital lock wasa bit fiddly but gave so much privacy. You could leave by just closing the door without having to check out! the house was generously spacious with a dining area and hall where the family could gather and that was great. The townhouse was comfortable though a little cold but it had great airconditioning in the rooms. the kitchen was well equipped including a steam oven. After getting the hang of it, found it better than microwave!

The rooms were a little bright in the mornings as there was light leak and a larger sofa would have been good. Otherwise, no real complaints. The quiet area meant that it was a bit of a walk across the river to the city. having a car was a plus.

It was great to have a place in a quiet residential area but only 10 minutes walk from the crowded shopping area and Samurai area. It had only 1 ring so cooking was a challenge but was otherwise equipped. There's no longer a washing machine in the apartment but they have washers and dryers in their office round the corner. Great shower. Comfortable beds.

The smell. They have obviously tried to deal with a damp/drains problem by removing the washing machine and keeping the extractor fans on but it still has a bit of a nasty smell. We kept the window open and either it went or we got used to it, so not a big problem (in good weather). No grill or toaster.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The vibe of the house is amazing. Kitchen was well-equipped and the washing machine had an English menu.

Please note that the parking is located on a very narrow street and it is not easy to park (the hotel did warn us about it though).

The place was a one bedroom apartment. It had a good kitchen, a nice bid lounge room with a smart tv. It had a huge bed and one of the nicest bathrooms I've seen for a while. The bathroom even had it's own garden!

Whilst the lock on the front door was fine, the doors themselves, which opened straight onto the street, didn't look study. Its a very minor thing.

lovely stay with plenty of space for luggage and a comfortable bed. The bathroom area was very spacious. Check-in was very smooth and the information provided on the property and area was useful and detailed.

One of the windows didn’t have any curtains (although it was private as a fence had been placed around it) and the one window with curtains did not have black-out curtains so it was quite bright in the morning. But apart from that I couldn’t fault the property.

The property and staff were fantastic. The best property we stayed in in Japan. Bonus having shampoo, conditioner and gel to wash our clothes. The house was amazing in a beautiful area.

We stayed in a 100-year-old home that had all the charme of age and all the comfort of modernity. Everything was close by, the place was spotless, check-in was smooth as silk and we had no qualms whatsoever. 10/10.

There’s no comfortable place to sit, and it’s rather far from the main city.

Excellent location and helpful to have laundry facilities and free parking.
