The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived quite late at 1am. Check-in was smooth, but the toom they gave us first was right next to the elevator and had no wardrobe space whatsoever. It was so late we decided to just go to bed and see what we can change the room in the morning. Just before breakfast, we spoke to one of the receptionists, and without hesitation, she gave us a different room, which was very spacious and had a small kitchenette. We needed a bit of space for our 8 day stay.

The breakfast buffet is just inadequate. It's pretty basic with 3 fruits to choose from. Sandwich and some days, you might get eggs and refried beans. No toasters, just plain white bread to think that IHG wanted an extra £300 for breakfast for our 8 days stay was mind-blowing. The only good thing happened that they were kind enough to my partner to have cooked breakfast as he's a coeliac and had to eat Gluten Free, which I requested at the time of the booking.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Food was also good.

We requested a band aid and we were informed that the first aid kit was out of band aids 😰

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All staff was very friendly and always helpful, for example when we needed additional items. This hotel has nice modern rooms that are mostly located around a covered courtyard, which also serves as breakfast and restaurant area. The breakfast has a nice variety with cold and warm options, where the warm meals change on a daily basis.

As the rooms are around the courtyard where the restaurant area is, especially on the lower floors sometimes some food smell can enter the rooms. It happen occasionally and wasn't very strong but for sensitive noses a room on the higher floors might be advisable.

Amazin hotel for the price. Everything is beautiful and very helpful staff. Loved the whole experience.

The only bad thing I can say is that the area is not very nice. There are not many restaurants around in a walking distance as other hotels I have stayed in GDL. You would have to take a cab or Uber to go around.

luggage trolly didn’t fit into the back elevator- minor inconvenience difficult to control the temperature of the shower water - went from hot to very hot.

We loved staying here! Everyone was s friendly and helpful. They really make you feel welcomed.

The rooftop bar closed at 11:30 on a Saturday night - a little early. I arrived at 11:33 and was not allowed to purchased a drink because they were closed, even though there were plenty of patrons in the room (none of them appeared to be hotel guests). I even asked if I could purchase it and take it back to my room but was denied. This was disappointing but can be overlooked given that everything else was excellent.

Great rooms and location.

Breakfast was OK, but used to be better in the past. Poor maintenance in the gym, including no water, no clean towels, etc.
