The hotel is in an excellent location, near the beginning of Av. Circunvalar where there are many good restaurants and bars and good shopping. But also an easy walk to downtown and some of the historic areas. The hotel is excellent value for the money, especially compared to some of the other Pereira hotels I have stayed in that are more in the city center. It is an older hotel, almost quaint, but nicely kept up and very clean and well run. The walls seem to be thick so the room was very quiet, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will probably be staying there from now on when I am in Pereira.

The view from the room we had was of a metal rooftop and rolls of razor wire, with a bit of taller buildings in the background. (I am sure that other rooms have a nicer view.) There is an advertised safe in the room, but it is an old-fashioned style safe that locks with a key and there was no key. There was only one coat hanger in the closet - although I suspect that had I asked for more the staff would have happily accomodated the request. There is a nice lounge, sitting area where breakfast is served, it would be really nice if in the late afternoon or evening it would be possible to have a drink there. The internet connection was stable, but pretty slow. In general, however, none of that really bothered me very much.

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've stayed in Colombia and great value for money! The staff is super friendly, the room is big enough, cozy and comfy. There's is a big desk, hot water, strong water presure and very quiet. It is labeled as a 3-star hotel but to be honest it feels more like 4 stars. They helped me out with everything I needed. The area around the hotel is very safe and full of bars, clubs and restaurants.

The location was nice, tucked away on a quiet street in a busy area. The desk clerk who checked me in and the bellman were lovely and welcomed me warmly. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast looked uninteresting, so I just had coffee. One of the breakfast servers needs to learn how to smile. The checkout process was unpleasant; the clerk left me standing at the desk while he went to check my room. I'm 74 and have never had that happen. He could at least have invited me to sit down. I asked for hot water for my travel thermos and was told there would be an extra charge, even though I had had no breakfast. These two picky incidents left a very bad taste after a lovely couple of days at this upscale hotel.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was attentive and check in was easy. They jumped to help me with anything I needed. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel, especially considering it was included in the price. If I come back, this is the only hotel I will stay in.

The staff here are amazing, I kept rebooking my stay here despite going to Salento and then I wanted to move to a different hotel but couldn't cos everything here is perfect. It's a mid ranged hotel in the better part of the city. Close to everything, the bus station is 15 mins by foot and 5 mins by cab. Only had breakfast but it was good enough for me, nothing was too much for the staff here. They went above and beyond, thank you so much!

It was an excellent hotel! Great location close to good restaurants, very comfortable and even luxurious rooms, the staff were very attentive, kind, and professional. Truly perfect!

The only small issue was that the receptionist did not speak English, but we communicated with Google translate just fine.

The hotel is very stylishly furnished and well maintained. You feel very warmly welcomed and well looked after. The location is great, so you can explore Pereira on foot. I would like to thank the staff very much und I can only recommend the hotel.

Amazing staff, perfect location right next to the largest mall, the city center, shops, bars and restaurants.

Small complaints so I feel a bit like the old guys from the muppets but still, keep in mind: No elevator so climbing to 3rd floor means 2 stories of stairs. The place is quite old, though very well maintained. Breakfast is fine, but could be better if the supplied some bread😀
