The view, the small aquapark included in price, very clean hotel, friendly stuff. Everything was amazing, especially the whole Plava Laguna resort.

Nothing problematic. There was a program outside until 23:00 which was a little noisy, but our child slept through it, so it wasn't too loud for us, but I can imagine some children would find it disturbing. The food was too basic, not much real seafood like octopus, oysters, shrimps. I believe some would like it, but I personally love seafood near the sea.

If you like staying in a hotel that is near the beach and if you like having every possible facilities nearby - this is a hotel for you. Considering the location and the price of the hotel complex, one would expect to recieve a top-notch food. However, although the food selection at diner was big, the problem was that the food quality was a "student-home cafeteria" level at best. Fish soup was a beef soup with a few piece of white fish cooked inside. Lasagna was dry and tasteless. 3 "different" sauces tasted the same. Fish was dry. All in all - would recommend to guests not to have high expectations for dinner. Dinner - 2/5

Overall, it was a great experience. The location is superb, as the hotel is located on the coast. It was nice that there is a beach related to the hotel, so you can grab the sunbed for free. The nearby water park from the hotel was great as well, and our kid enjoyed the attractions and animations there. The staff was super nice and helpful, answering any questions and resolving issues. The rooms and the building are not new, but overall, the facilities worked without any issues. The food was good, with a wide variety of choices for food and drinks. We enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation in this hotel.

The room key cards had some issues, such as not always opening the doors, but the reception replaced them, and it became better. It's a little pity that the indoor pool in the sauna area is closed in summer.

Great location, perfect for families. Nice beaches, and options around. As the wather was tricky, the indoor pool and spa was in good use. Clean pools! For half board, it has basically all you need. We had one the nicest suites, with huge balconieS! As it had a seperate living room, we could enjoy some time off, while our son was sleeping in the other room. Wiev from the room was also on spot. Modern hall, bar, and great sunbeds, umbreallas, outside facilities for all family members. We had some request toward reception, and we always get what we asked for immediately, that is more of a 5* experience! Also, the mattress in the bed was superb.

The dinner could have been a bit more special. First night the variety was good, but then we were missing some spice and salt. (Orange juice is not good..but this can be said about most of the other 3*/4* hotel restaurants. Big groups of retired people (due to low season, all wanted to eat at 6:30, but okay). Restaurant is huge actually.. I understood that the animation was off from midseptember, but it would have been nice if the kids playroom can be used during the day. (Picture on booking is misleading. On that note, hotel does not advertise this room on the webpage) Otherwise all good 😀 thank you

Mosquitoes at the entertainment terrace as well as the rooms. Then, some of the food was tasteless, missing salt in the pastries and pasta. Most of all, the loud music after the tennis games. There can be a party behind the closed doors, not everyone needs to know how much fun the tennis players are having. People come to relax not to have sleepless night because of tennis.

Amazing sauna (finish + roman spa), central location and very good breakfast & dinner. Room was spacius and comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpfull and the room cleaning service was regular. Parking spots are plentifull albeit most of them are in the sun.

A few more alergen free (gluten, lactose) options for breakfast and dinner could be good - the choices are a bit limiting after a few days.

Room good enough for a couple with toddler. We had a sea-view room, and the sea was not more than 20 meters away. The breakfast had a good variety, and started at 7am : good for early birds like my kid. At that time there’s plenty of available tables outside. The parking lot is not far away, and to check-in and check-out there are a few spaces just in front of the lobby (meant to be used for 15 minutes). Lots of entertainment for kids: swimming pools with slides, playgrounds, and even a sort of kindergarten where one can abandon their offsprings! We had a couple issues with the room, but the staff resolved everything in record time!

Dinners were just ok. We didn’t have half-boarding, so we were charged 25€ per adult. I’d say that for the price, it was ok. But there isn’t much variety , and for a few more euros one can have dinner in nearby restaurants. Parties can go on until late night. The sound proofing of the room was ok, but if one wants a quiet time, they should not get a room with sea view. Nitpicking, the safe box was inside a wardrobe, but whoever installed it didn’t care to test them: the door of the safe was interfering with the door of the wardrobe!

Great breakfast, dinner, food all kinds, well prepared. Clean rooms.

Wondering why room cleaning staff knocks on the door at 7.30am , 4 nights stay, repeated every morning the same, I had also no disturb ticket on the door and lady still walks in… tragic. Room 271 , I think the cleaning lady wanted to go home very early, get job done and leave… cannot explain it.

Location was excellent. Beautiful hotel, clean, facilities are great. Beautiful ocean view. Entertainment for kids and kids pools.

The pool temperature was a bit too cold to stay in for long, would've been nicer a few degrees warmer. The buffet restaurant could offer more variety.

Room is clean and tidy. We got extra bed for a child. Food is great. We especially enjoyed walking around with our kid.

Room is a bit cluttered with furniture - armchair is huge and chair is in front of the balcony door so it is not nice to go out. Outdoor furniture was dirty. I didn't like that bed has two matrasses because there is hole between.
