Breakfast ended at 9AM but almost all of the food was pretty much gone or picked over by 8:45 AM when we made it down to the breakfast room. We had 3 piles of trash in the hallway near us, from meals in other rooms. The piles were there when we checked in and still there the next morning. Otherwise, the staff were wonderful, the place was in good shape, the parking was free and plentiful, and TV and WiFi were good quality and speed.

Would like to see evening lite dinner offered like it used to be. That was main reason for booking while on business. Rates were in line with other motels and I usually arrived late afternoon. I could have a bite and go to my room without having to go back out for dinner.

We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable enough. Even though it was a holiday weekend, our room was quiet and we slept well. Desk staff were friendly. We were super convenient to Portland without paying a premium to stay in the city.

Breakfast was a major disappointment, aside of some fresh bananas and apples.

Fix the hot tub in the pool . we had the maintenance people look it on our first night we werethere . they came done to the pool area and said that they were calling the head maintenance person but it did not get fixed before we left to come home .

The Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very response to our airport shuttle requests and pleasant to work with.

It was a little pricey, but doable.

I love this hotel! They are extremely accommodating, it is so clean/quiet/comfortable, helpful with anything you need, easy to get to, and in a prime location to all the local shopping.

The location is WINDERFUL, super close to everything. I like that it's safe for single travelers.

I have always had a wonderful stay at any Homewood Suites but this time the room was missing blankets, there were no tissues, and the thermostats didn't work. The staff were very accommodating and happily gave me what I needed, but the housekeeping dept. should make sure this is done. Also, it may just be my preference, but when you aren't traveling with children, the reservation staff should group families on 1 floor and single or couple travelers on another floor, preferably above those traveling with children. Just a thought.

We appreciate the complimentary upgrade. Very spacious room. Beds were very comfortable. Decent restaurant in the same parking lot. Free parking. Quality shampoo and soap. Convenient to drive to the airport. Decently sized indoor pool. Great to get in a real swim before a long flight.

Breakfast was ok but could be improved by adding „real“ bread and more fresh things

I loved everything about this place. The suite was clean, fresh, well lit. My bed was so comfortable. I stayed there four nights, I think. Anyway, a longer time than normal for me and it was so good every night. The bathroom was clean and I appreciated the size. It was large and spread out so you did not feel as though you were being put into a sardine can. The breakfasts were very good. There was always muffins, breads, juices, and cereal. The warm entree was different each day, well except when I asked for scrambled eggs two days in a row. The hostess said that was doable. I appreciated her effort. She was so nice. I truly wish I could remember her name. Overall, this was an amazing place to park your butt for an extended stay.

I don't believe anything could have been better. I truly did not find anything amiss about this place. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful, the sheets were smell free..no perfumed drier sheets used, room was very clean. Now what about installing no slam doors on the rooms?
