The closeness to the hospital. The cleanliness and good functionality of every part of the area. Although the room was quite small it was laid out properly and the linens were crisp and clean. I really like the recreational area too. It was quite relaxing and it feels at home and was comfortable.

The running water in the shower was kinda weak but it was nice and warm. Other than that I didn’t of anything else.

love the budbod and chocolate drink. breafast was served between 7-8:30 am, but they were not strict about the time & we availed the free breakfast at lunch time. My mother had a laboratory schedule & check up at SUMC early on that day, I texted sir Gabby asking if we can still have the breakfast, - he replied "no problem, maam". The place was also good for taking pictures, the restaurant & the sala / balkonahe.

Dogs from nearby houses were barking around 10 - 11 pm.. My mother was sick so she needed a good sleep that time.

I chose Gabbys because it looked like a simple rustic place and it was, which we enjoyed. The neighborhood was also rustic, not citified. We enjoyed that. The patio cafe was very good, with good service. It appeared to be popular with local people as well.

Only real problem was difficulty closing and locking our door. The room was very small, bathroom very small but hot water was good.

A relaxing area to sit under shade.

Breakfast was only limited to jam and toast, or bud bud (sweet rice wrapped in banana leaf and a coca sauce dip). Other breakfast items must be paid for.

The place is great for backpacking tourists - good value for money. I also appreciate that they allowed to extend our stay for 3 hours (with an additional fee of course) due to our flight being moved to a later time. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. They will help you out if you need anything.

Location is a bit a distance from the main, issues getting a ride back to the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and approachable. The location is good for us since it is not really within the very busy city of Dumaguete. The place is just right for the budget. It was a quick booking for me so I was not able to check if they have lifts or has ground floor rooms, since my mom does not favor climbing stairs because of a bad knee, otherwise we are alright with the place. Clean, modest and very safe.

The mahogany trees over the parking area which it's fruits could fall into our car and may cause damage, but we were lucky it was not the season to be so. There were also warnings and signages saying parking at our own discretion.

Breakfast place attached, convenient. Funky art and decorative tile. Fun looking place. Internet worked, not fast. Poor lighting, only one outlet.

"Free breakfast" was toast and jam. The rooms are a gateway for them to sell you breakfast. Breakfast place is very busy.
