While the hotel was undergoing a remodeling in front of the lobby, it didn't affect our checking in or the overall process of entering and moving through the hotel. The looks of the hotel was great and spotless clean. The staff was helpful on all interactions, and the room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again

The beds are comfortable, and the room was clean and big. No musty smell. The remodeled bathroom was master suite standards. The blackout screen on the window. Soft pillows.

Our window view was not great. We packed our luggage in our car at 6 am and the exterior lights were not on, it was dark, and it did not feel safe. Only 1 elevator. I got locked out of my room and housekeeping saw me come out of my room, I asked her to let me back in and she was rude and told me to ask another housekeeper for help and kept walking.

Our room had an unpleasant stuffy smell all the time. Not smoke, just stuffy with an unpleasant odor. Breakfast is poor compared to established restaurants like IHOP but that's to be expected from this kind of hotels where the goal is to deliver the minimum required at the lowest cost. It makes me think though if next time I should select a hotel without breakfast and go to restaurants.

I like the bed the pillows and comfort from the room the customer service at check out was great because they helped me when I had an emergency

There was ants and a spider hidden at the corner of the wall where the furniture was , obviously they have remodeling going on the gym was closed and I thought pool was closed since door was covered only to find out that when I was leaving it was opened.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, the buffet is very good and well served. Overall this property is very nice and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in visiting CC.

Hampton Inn has never disappointed me... So I find it all convenient and good price and all I need every time I stay through out the US. So, well, from room size to comfy beds, to good breakfast, easy check in/out and parking... all great for me!

The swimming pool is not bad at all locations. Basically is fair enough, but not an attractive one; meaning that it isn´t the type that invites you to take the time and enjoy. But I don´t care!!!!

Pillows weren't comfortable. They were pretty flat. Maybe more Pillows could've helped some.

The location was perfect access to everything we wanted staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of different places to go for entertainment, meals big beds, and the Breakfast Was Awesome well definitely stay here again.

This is very minor but if you could have trays to carry the food especially the hot coffee that would be Great.

The personnel, the facilities, and the cleanest I’m sure if I go back to McAllen that’s the place I’m gonna stay
