As for location you can't get better. You can walk from bus station (20 mins) and you're IN the old town. Friendly staff, and the big breakfast was more than I expected. The spa was very nice, and I had the Thai massage which was excellent. Again, the staff was very welcoming, friendly and pleasant.

Everything After booking I read some bad reviews but I was so pleased that our experience was absolutely fantastic. From the wonderful check in with the receptionist who explained everything in great detail, to a lovely personalised welcome card and fruit in the room, to Lundy - the restaurant hostess who was so attentive and friendly, the restaurant staff and our meals,the wonderful pool and hot tub and the location right in the old town. I’ve been coming to Skopje for several years now and I regret that I did not discover this hotel until now. I would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful hotel is very well situated, in a quiet area even if it is just near the old bazaar. The mosque morning appeal is very short and doesn't really disturb. The hotel is clean, good beds, all necessary free toiletries. The staff at reception 24/7 is friendly and professional. The breakfast is not varied though. Free access to SPA from around 1pm. The swimming pool is not huge but is not small - normal hotel size, sauna, big turkish bath, 3 "hot beds", many deck chairs; everything is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing; there is also a drinking water fountain in a lounge zone; but the jacuzzi unfortunately didn't work, and it wasn't announced at the site). We also did some massages. We recommend the hotel, it is clean, safe and a beautiful Spa.

Gorgeous hotel with added plus of spa, massive size room . Shower was amazing . Close to the centre.

When I arrived I felt the receptionist could have done more to help me, I travelled really early and needed to have some sleep . Her colleague stepped in and said it would be 10 minutes for the room to be ready. Breakfast was v poor for the quality of the hotel needs to be improved also cold food needs to be refrigerated not left in the sun. More cold drinks need to be offered . Also no tea only coffee on offer . No bar also at night you have to go over the other side of the river to be served alcohol . Warning that the entrance is very steep down stairs you can go via the restaurant and use the lift especially after sightseeing!!

Excellent Hotel with very good location in heart of Skopje Old Bazaar. Warm Welcome with smile by hotel recepcionists. Room was good and very clean. Whole hotel staff are helpful and polite. Spa and swiming pool was more better than we expected. In hotel restaurant you can have a lunch or dinner with a great view on old bazaar and city. Restaurant personal was so fast and helpful what to order and food was deliceous. Thanks to Ms. Bahar one of the managers who was very kind. High recomendation for Hotel. Next time when we will go to Skopje we know where to stay.

Considering the hotels standards the breakfast was very disappointing- I would rather recommend to have a proper breakfast in the city.

The hotel is nice. It met my expectations. We are satisfied with the breakfast offered - there is something for every taste. Various offers - salads, cold appetizers, soup, eggs, sweets. The coffee is not good. There is no possibility to order an espresso. The room is spacious. The outdoor courtyard with the waterfall is an ideal place to relax. The staff is very kind and helpful. Enough clean.

I was irritated by small mishaps such as: a broken leg on the bed; non-working shower in its basic version (water flows like a waterfall, not like rain); hot water comes to the bathroom very slowly; a torn pocket on the bath dressing gown. The pool has colder water than normal and the jacuzzi has very hot water. No possibility to order espresso.

giant super resort with everything in it. jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and pool included in the price, extra towels for the pool and very good space for everyone. Very warm, comfortable room and cleanliness accessories included in the room. the top floor was a restaurant and coffee bar with very tasty food. the staff was very helpful in everything and the waitresses were very kind and cultured. Although the breakfast was self-service, the waiter was very attentive and helped to distribute tea or orange juice. It would take a whole book to describe the pleasure in this hotel. Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfy with a great view. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had good variety and it was decently delicious for a hotel breakfast. Loved the walk-in shower in the bathroom.

Our room was cleaned only once during our stay which is a bit weird for a 5* hotel. The spa was nice but a little dingy and worn compared to the rest of the hotel. The coffee at the breakfast was the worst (luckily there are many nice coffee places just outside).

Everything was perfect, welcoming, friendly and polite staff all round. Reception staff were very pleasant and professional, the maids were also very welcoming. The Spa facility was 10/10 with very reasonable prices for massage services. The room was extremely clean and smelt very fresh at all times - will definitely stay here again 👍
