Great staff Great location, super comfy beds. we upgraded from 3 bed basic to a 2 bedroom with balcony because it was 3 beds in room and a bathroom, so felt a bit claustrophobic . but i would stay here again overlooked sea, bars restaurants around corner easy walk to benalmedema.. Hint.. Go into the town (( Next to Hawaii restaurant is the way to town via lovely little streets and shops takes 10 min walk up steep steps but worth it)) and right next door to Mcdonalds down the escalator is a big Supermarket which we only found on 4th day. as the little ones are a lot dearer has everything you need.

Location was good. I loved that my room was quiet at night, as I requested. I also enjoyed the view from balcony on 5th floor. The sunrise each day was beautiful. Staff were all helpful and very pleasant. I only had breakfast once at the hotel, but a range of options on offer. Plenty of coffee, fresh breads, hams and cheeses and yogurts. Bacon was not to my liking. Because you can refill your coffee cup and eat your fill, it is value for the money. Locally you can get cooked breakfasts for €7 - €8 Euros, which are ok. I sent a day by the pool and service from the bar tender was super. I needed a taxi to go to airport, and it arrived 5 minutes after being requested at reception which was much appreciated.

I found the beds very firm, and too firm for me, personally. A mattress topper could provide a bit more comfort and strongly suggest the hotel changes the mattresses but if not, they should invest in some mattress toppers.

It was a perfect place, near the beach, the room had AC and a nice view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly. The top floor lounge has a nice view in the evening. The end of September is a great time to visit.

Make sure you have a credit (not debit) card. Even though it isn't mentioned in Payment Information at booking order summary, it is required to complete reservation which was about 1 week to arrival. There is no charge, it is just required to complete the reservation. At the property they accept debit and credit cards. Make sure to read ALL the provided information and policies.

The location was perfect. Just off the strip. No noise from the busy strip. We stayed at the garden view room. It was so perfect and peaceful. We had a little porach way with two chairs and a table. The sun was out most of the day perfect for drying off after the pool or beach. There is also a rooftop bar on the top floor of the hotel. Our first time up, we received a glass of wine each on the house due to being guests. The bar has amazing views of the beach. Very nice in the evening time. We went up twice. The bar menu is very good also. Cocktails reasonably priced and very nice. The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. Cleaning every morning. The pool was just the perfect size and there is also sun loungers and a bar just beside the pool. We had our breakfast included also. Big selection of food. Multiple options. Also gluten free options. We honestly had no bad experiences with the hotel.

Everything was perfect

Great location, right in front of the beach and lots of nearby restaurants, just a short distance away along the promenade. Great pool and very friendly poolside bartender, who made us feel welcome and accommodated every day of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well to keep our room cool at all times. Very powerful shower. Fridge in the room was handy for keeping water cool. All staff were very friendly. Long opening hours for the pool (10am to 8:30pm). Overall we were very happy with the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very late in the day until our room was cleaned, approximately 3-4pm each day and this was a slight inconvenience as we didn’t have enough toilet paper, but nothing major.

Great location - very close to the sea. Great pool on the territory. Nice and tasty breakfasts. The room was small but it got the job done. The fridge was a bit small but fitted almost all of our beer just fine :) . AC works great, there is also a wardrobe to put clothes and bags in. There are also multiple restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location as also cool as the hotel is within 10 minutes of the airport, but it is not in Malaga, so it is not too cramped. The beaches were also clean and tidy. I would probably return here in the future.

There is no dedicated parking, but is it easy to find free parking on the roads around the hotel.

Location excellent. Staff lovely. Very quiet. Pool lovely and you could get a bed at any time of day. No one left their towels on d beds which was wonderful. Also no blaring music at pool. Just peaceful. Our room was lovely. A 2 bed apartment. With kettle toaster etc. and loads of hot water. Sea across road

Needs a lick of paint in area we stayed. - the apartments section. Not in other areas. The twin beds were hard, not the double. The steps up were difficult to 2nd floor. Felt unsafe. No lift in apartments section. Could be lit up better also

The location was super. Literally 20 seconds walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless. The apartment was on the second floor and we had the best view of the beach and the sun on out balcony until 8pm. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to return! Luggage area provided as we had a late flight. There is also use of shower room with towels provided.

Staff at reception could have been friendlier and more helpful. We asked for a late check-out as in 5pm and were willing to pay but were told no. Our apartment was still vacant as we left. The pool bar only opens certain days and hours. The hotel was charging €10 to rent a bed on the beach! We paid €6 for a bed at the beach from the wonderful Carlos.

I was given the choice of a garden or pool view room so opted for the pool view. The room was basic but ideal for a short stay, with a small fridge, 2 single beds, small wardrobe and separate bathroom and there are a few sun loungers around the small pool and a pool bar for drinks and snacks. The location was perfect, across the road, directly opposite the beach and the main strip with lots of souvenir type shops and restaurants and was very low key and chilled. There is a lift you can get up into the town centre for 50c or you can walk up a lot of steps, which has even more shops and restaurants and the main nightlife with nightclubs. We caught the train from the town centre into Benalmadena, which was just over 5 Euro each for a return and around 15 minutes away. The harbour there is absolutely beautiful and there are some lovely bars and restaurants to just sit and watch the world go by. We didn't end up catching the train back, we walked along the beach front all the way back to Torremolinos (just over 12km) but it was all flat and there were plenty of market stalls with knock off handbags, football kits and trainers and bars to stop off on the way for a few cold San Miguels!! Will definitely be booking here again.

It was so chilled there and not really much for children that we could see, so I would recommend it for just adults.

loved the location just across the road from the beach with nice sea views. Very comfy beds and kitchen area was perfect for us, fridge, kettle and toaster. We didn't cook but there was a two ring cooker if we wanted to use it. Lovely staff and they cleaned every day . Pool bar was great for a little pre dinner drink. Prompt taxi service for departure. Would be happy to spend another week there again next time.

a lift up to the apartment would be great but not really an issue .
