Best hotel in this part of town by far. Ios Palace hotel has the best direct access to the beach and pretty much every room is ocean view. This was my 23rd visit to IOS and I have stayed over 6 times in this hotel and always enjoyed my stay. We were a large group and there was no problem with finding breakfast seating or pool beds for our group. Btw breakfast is always great with lots of different options and fresh. Staff is friendly and always welcoming.

I wish the pool in the room was slightly heated as it’s almost impossible to swim in it because it’s cold and the pool doesn’t get enough sun. Ride from the port to the hotel and back is pretty pricey especially if you are in a big group. I remember the days they will pick you up for free😕.

Very bad wifi reception in my room on the 7th floor -my phone would get disconnected every two minutes. The bathroom in my room was poorly designed with toilet situated very close to the shower door to the point where you could not sit comfortably. Water from shower would also spill out onto the floor leaving a watery mess right in front of the toilet. The outside balcony needs an upgrade with better furniture. And the second pool on the 7th floor is a joke. Looks dirty, old, no umbrellas, and outdated.

the room was on 7th level , the view was fantastic the balcony was exceptional the room was very comfortable with fridge and coffee machine , aircondition was great making a very pleasant temperature and the period I visit the island was hot . Also the parking for my car was within small walking distance from the room ( very convenient ) . Main hotel pool was excellent . Breakfast was very good , great choice and fresh combinations .

The hotel is ideally located a few steps from the beach. You have beautiful views of the bay wherever you sit. The team are all so wonderful and helpful and cannot do enough for you. Sandy and the team at reception had all the best recommendations and made reservations for us in the best spots in Chora. Elektra and Spyros at the restaurant were so kind and made delicious drinks. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ios Palace. Have wanted to stay here for such a long time and we finally made it! The location is great with beautiful views overlooking Mylopota beach. The staff were brilliant, especially at Reception, and went above and beyond to help. We had the best Pina Colada we've ever had in Greece and the breakfast was fantastic too with lovely views from the restaurant. Would absolutely recommend staying here and can't wait to stay again. Thanks so much to everyone at Ios Palace for looking after us. We'll be back!

Everything was perfect. The pool area is amazing with great cocktails and nice food. The location is absolutely stunning.

Rooms needs new furniture

The hotel is at the best location to Mylopotas Beach, the service is excellent, the breakfast is perfect, the reataurant has great food. I have to mention our favourite part, the beachbar. We made great friendship there. The super service from Eleni and Kostas. Their heartmelting kindness made our holiday full of fun and happiness.

Loved the location (basically on the beach) the view and the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty good as well

The room was very basic for the price and the TV wasn’t facing the bed so it basically wasn’t watchable. The staff serving coffee at breakfast was slow..as we were receiving coffee my boyfriend was already done eating

beautiful clean, super spacious room with two terraces and couches. the breakfast was plentiful, the pools were immaculate and the service was wonderful. we stayed just two nights as part of a longer honeymoon and it was such a relaxing part of the trip. would gladly have stayed longer. there are several restaurants nearby and the beach is very private. transport to and from the port was easy through the hotel. highly recommend for a relaxing trip to ios!

not an issue for us but just for awareness the hotel does not have its own chaises on the beach so you will need to purchase one for the day if you like!

Great location overlooking Mylopotas beach. A short bus ride to Chora village that has plenty of bars, restaurants and a great view from the top over the whole island. Breakfast was always delicious with a wide range of choices included bacon, eggs, cereals, pastries, cakes, cheeses, juice, coffee. The room was very spacious with good aircon. Great views from the balcony over the beach. Such a perfect relaxing stay. The weather was so good that I don't understand why more people don't holiday in October!
