The Posiden Hotel was a perfect place to stay. It is right next to the ferry port. The bus into the chora is very close as well. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great recommendations for hotels and things to do while we were there. The swim up bar was a great treat on a very hot day. We were lucky enough to receive homemade cakes and biscuits.

The owners Marina and Spiros are the most lovely people and were so accommodating and generous. We had lots of fun staying here and all of the other guests were all very friendly people. The location is amazing and the surrounding restaurants and supermarket were so close and tasty!!!

Poseidon Hotel was in the most ideal location, right next to the port and there was many restaurants around too! The staff were so friendly and kind💗 The room was spacious and had two outdoor balcony’s and were very clean!

Our stay at Hotel Poseidon was amazing! Perfect location extremely close to bus stops to Chora town, brilliant pool and bar and so clean! Marina really made our stay so special. She was so kind, fun and was available whenever we needed. It was a pleasure to get to know her and we will absolutely be returning soon. I would 100% recommend this place if travelling to Ios. Amazing, thank you Marina❤️

Friendly staff and perfect location, just 2’ away from ferry arrival in the cosy port of Ios. Cool swimming pool and quiet location so you can sleep in night away from noisy pubs.

This is the most fantastic hotel at the port of IOS. Me and my family have returned to this hotel more than once because it is such a fantastic, friendly, pretty hotel not to mention the friendliness of the family that owns it and the location. It is a short walk from the ferry port, and sits in little above the town so you get a wonderful view, especially at sunset, and a great breeze as well. The family really embody the friendly hospitable spirit of the Greek people and I will always return there!
