It was a great place for families. Away from all the festivities going on in town, but close enough that we could easily get there with our rental car (which the hotel reception arranged for us and had the car brought to the hotel). I highly recommend getting a rental car. The roads are winding and at high elevations, but in good shape.

The pictures from the booking are a weeee bit misleading. We booked because the images of the pools looked amazing, and our kids we soooo excited about them. However, these are only accessible by the more expensive suites. I did know we did not have a private pool (there are some that have a small private pool), but I thought those large pools were public. Don’t get me wrong, the pool that was for the lower classes was great; it just wasn’t the pools that led us to book this hotel, which was a bit disappointing.

Very nice stuff was the room with the private pool was nice they offer free taxi for there other facilities on the island

There is no spa all of the pictures are not from the property there are form the 40 minutes away 5 star hotel only 2 photos are from the property don’t book anything from the front desk they over charge you for everything for example a taxi to the town is 20 euro and they charge 40 I booked also an atv throw the front desk it’s 70 euro instead of 45 a day and a day bed in one of their beach clubs starts from €40 in the front desk but on the property without saying that you’re from the Hotel starts from €30 and you were supposed to get 10% discount on all your other facilities but they overcharge you

This(Superior Villa) suite is something you have to experience at least once in your life, totally different and unique. Staff was very helpful, you just need to call them and they will arrange everything you need. All in all highly recommend no matter you traveling with your spouse or friends.

Best accomodation I have ever stayed in, only annoying thing was they have a I guess taxi service? At the hotel and to get to port to take some cash out it cost 40 EURO and we weren’t aware there would be charges for this, free charge would be nice considering pricing for staying there! But apart from that absolutely stunning wow and the breakfast YUM!

Amazing staff very helpful from the pick up from the port till the drop off at the port it was an amazing experience the room the breakfast everything was perfect. It lives up to it’s name a very luxurious place

The location is amazing , staff were very helpful,, but don’t expect to see multiple pool seen in the videos , those are for the private suites

Such an amazing hotel and even more amazing staff. loved every part of this stay. Rooms were so spacious, shuttle to and from the port…. amazing pool, great food, etc. it was amazing. I highly recommend it
