The property is great for young couples and friends out and about in Greece. Location is perfect as it’s close to the ferry port and walking distance to the village but bear in mind, it’s quite an incline to the top! There is a bus service every 15mins for only 2€ straight to the village and beaches so it’s so easy to get around. The property is older but staff are helpful and the bar and kitchen it’s perfect.

The beds aren’t the most comfortable, they’re are older, although clean and sheets are changed daily, it isn’t the most comfortable sleep but if you’re young and don’t care then you’ll be fine. Be advised majority of people that stay at this hotel are between 16-30, I wouldn’t suggest this if you’re a family or are looking for a quieter, more relaxed stay as most people are drinking and chatting from midnight until 5-6am.

I booked ‘Twin room with pool and sea view with balcony’ for my 19-year-old son and his friend for a week. They said the hotel was “amazing”, with excellent and reasonably priced food, and lovely staff. Spotlessly clean inside and outside. Spectacular views of the fab pool, sea and surrounding area from their roomy balcony. Easy 5 min walk to and from the port, and steeper (but not arduous) 10 min walk to the Chora. They (and their friends who also stayed in Armadoros) loved it! (All communications I had with hotel were smooth and the staff were very helpful.)

Absolutely nothing

This was my favourite place in all the hotels we stayed in! Really cosy! The staff were amazing especially Pantelis who was so welcoming and friendly. There is such a friendly environment and the pool is just fabulous. I will certainly be returning in the future. Best hotel on the Island!

Nothing!

The location was really good, close to the port. There is a bit of a hike up to the village where a lot of the bars and restaurants are. You can easily catch a bus from the bottom of the driveway up there. There's some nice restaurants and bars located near the port as welll. Staff were really helpful and allowed us to stay and have a very late check in to hold our bags. The pool area was also really beautiful and well maintained and they do have a beer too with beers, cocktails and soft drink which was nice

The pool was clean and the top rooms had an incredible view. We stayed in some higher rated accomodation afterwards but nothing compared to the view we had from our room in this hotel. As for the hygiene, we were extremely concerned prior to booking our stay due to the reviews. By no means is it a 5 star hotel but it definitely isn’t as bad as the reviews make it out to be. For sure coming back here next year and booking a longer stay.

The showers could use some renovating.

Hotel was spotless clean, and well looked after during our stay food and drinks poolside were perfect all week and the pools massive!

Beds are a tad bit hard and there are a lot of stairs to get up to the town, I’d recommend taking the bus when possible

Armadoros was great for my group of 10 girlfriends! The rooms are basic but all you need. The highlight of the accom is the beautiful pool which looks like a resort. The staff were super nice too, and we really appreciated their consideration when we needed an early check in and late check out. Even though it isn’t in the city centre, it was only about a 15min (uphill) walk but it didn’t bother us. Definitely would stay again!

The room was very nice with air conditioning and a beautiful view of the pool and the gardens, and our own ensuite bathroom. There was plenty of space in the room with an additional futon to relax on. It was located only a short 5 minute walk from the port and all of the restaurants and was very easy to get to.

We visited in the last week of August which was already the beginning of the off season and a majority of their menu was no longer available from the pool restaurant. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have hoped.

Great value for money, was nice and close to get to the port and to town (walking distance), rooms are a little old but had everything you need and were quite clean. Our bathroom door got stuck but the friendly staff were prompt in fixing it immediately for us! The swimming pool and bar area is perfect to spend time during the hot days.

Had a few ants in our room coming in from outside.

The negative reviews left by people here are not accurate. This place has excellent staff, adequate facilities and a fantastic pool with a bar area with cheap beers and great food. Location is fantastic with a 10 minute walk up some big stairs to get to the town. 7 minute walk from a beautiful beach and great shops.

Not much to be honest, had a great time.
