Our stay at Pelagos Studios was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed by the most adorable child at reception and experienced impeccable, friendly service throughout our visit. Even after we checked out, they went above and beyond by delivering my forgotten shoes to the port (thanks again!!!). The hotel was perfect for our needs, ideally located between the beach and the main town, Chora. Everything was within walking distance, but when we felt a little lazy, the bus stop right outside was a great convenience. The real highlight, though, was the view. Each level featured massive verandas with breathtaking sea and island views — truly unforgettable. Thank you for an amazing stay. We absolutely loved our time here.

- The host and his family were the warmest, kindest people. They were always there, genuinely eager to accommodate and help with anything we needed. It was so nice to receive such genuine warmth & hospitality. - The location was perfect, between the gorgeous Mylopotas beach & chora, the main town. The bus stop is only a few steps away, but we could also walk to both in no more than 15 minutes. - Beautiful property with a stunning view. We love the way the room opens to the spectacular terrace. A sweeping view to the sea that we couldn't get enough.

Great location near the beach and the city. Just a short walk in both directions. Our room was big and clean with a newly renovated bathroom. The terrace outside has a very nice view of the sea and surroundings. The owner and his son are super friendly and very helpful. We were very well taken care of during our stay.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Perfect location and perfect rooms with beautiful views outside of the surrounding area. We slept for quite some time after a long ferry in the comfy beds. The island is a bit quieter than some of the others I visited which was a plus as well, and the hotel is tucked into the perfect location. The owner of this hotel went above and beyond. We conversed, and he checked in on how we were doing several times while passing by. This place is family run and care is put into the guests and the way in which the place is run, managed, and maintained. The owner very kindly insisted on taking us to the port as well in the morning. He was genuinely very kind, as was his son. Thanks for making our stay genuine and pleasant!! If we ever return to Ios, we know we have a place to stay.

Excellent location, peaceful yet close to the beach, the Chora and buses. The room was lovely and I had a spectacular view from my large balcony of the sea and the beach. The host and his family were very caring and attentive. They went above and beyond to make my holiday special.

This is the place you should stay in Ios. The hosts were very nice and made us feel like home. They are offering free transfer from the port and back. The place is owned by a family which is taking care of everything. Very close to the beach, very clean. We are traveling a lot, so i can guarantee that this one of the best stays we have ever had. I loved that they allowed me to check in early as I got off my ferry at 8am. I checked in at 11am because they hurried to clean the room for me which I appreciated x They upgraded my room for free which was so generous. They helped with any queries I had. I thought it was also such a good location, only a 10 minute walk down the steps/hill to Mylopotas beach using the shortcut or 10 min walk into the main village. It had a beautiful view of the coast! The room itself had everything you need and the aircon was really good!

One downfall is that with iphones I couldn’t connect to the main wifi. They allowed me to go on their family wifi instead which was generous but probably was a bit slower. Otherwise all round such a lovely stay! 9/10

The room was in a perfect location. Halfway from the beach and the main city, 2 minutes away from a bus stop that could even get you to the port. Cris kindly upgraded our room which had a stunning view over Mylopotas beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a newly built bathroom. Overall the host was always ready to help and offer a smile. Could not recommend it more!

Chris was and exceptional host, meeting us at the Ios port and also dropping us there at the end of our stay. The customer service at the property exceeded expectations. The hotel was about a 10min walk into the chora/town and a 10min walk down to the beach (two opposite directions). Pelagos was also a few metres away from a bus stop that went from the beach to the port regularly.

We took out two rooms. The aircon in one of the rooms was not as strong as the other one - it needed to be left on for at least 5hrs to cool down but this was hard as the key holder needed to be in the room for it to work and it turned off whenever someone opened the door (fair enough for economical/environmental reasons). We did not bring this up with Chris as I doubt it would have been solved without an electrician. However, this was not a major concern.

The property was fantastically located a short distance walk between the beach and the village and the views were stunning. The room was air conditioned and we had a lovely new bathroom and although the room was basic it was cleaned every day along with fresh towels and bedding and they provided a fridge too. They were so helpful and took us to and from the port and they were so accommodating to all we asked.

I would have liked to have had the option of an additional blanket rather than just a sheet as I sleep better with a heavier cover but in fairness I didn’t ask. Also would have been good to have the use of an ironing board.
