The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the filtered water, coffee and tea station as well as fresh fruit in the lobby. It was a nice touch. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The windows don’t open and the room became very warm for family sleeping on the sofa bed.. The air conditioner became very noisy and sounded like a lawn mower. I showed staff a video of the sound and they were amazing and dealt with it immediately, having maintenance fix it within hours.

The water park and pool was hit with our family.

Didn’t clean my room one day. The next day they skipped my room again. I found house keeping outside my room and they told me to call the front desk if I wanted it cleaned. Finally found the lady assigned to clean my room and she seemed mad I wanted my room cleaned. It was finally cleaned but she left the dirty dishes. The pool was great but definitely needed to be cleaned.

Quiet, clean, good breakfast options. The pool, slides and hot tub were well maintained and very much enjoyed. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Lobby, lounge and computer area had a welcoming vibe.

The pool area had a lot of unsupervised children, even though the notices and rules were clear. So many things could go wrong. This area should be monitored and unsupervised children asked to leave until accompanied by an adult. I have required a delayed checkout a few times in the past due to flight changes and been given 2 hours free of charge. Pomeroy only offered 1 hour free with a $50.00 charge for the second hour and a full day charge after that. They should reevaluate this policy.

The breakfast was excellent. The bed were very good and overall I want to emphasize the kindness of the staff. It was just one night, to make a stop on the way from jasper to Smithers and we were not expecting too much from that stay. But honestly, we still keep speeking (it was one month ago) about your hotel and your team. Thank you very much all of you to have make that "necessary stop", an "unforgetable" stop !

Location and that it had hot tub and pool. Room was a good size and the kitchen and bathroom were great. Breakfast was good.

There should be a time near the end of the night that is for adults only in the pool. Especially for the price of the room. We also noticed that there were kids left unattended with no adult in sight and many young children were going on the slide even though there was a height limit. The computers had a sign where it said business only but there were kids playing games on them. It would have been nice to use it for business as I had a few things to do. The beds were quite hard but that is probably just my preference.

The room was a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and quick to address any questions we had. Breakfast was generous, buffet style, better than many hotel offerings.

It would have been useful if we had been told or there had been a sign to indicate that the bathroom lights were controlled by a master switch in the hall.

Staff was friendly, remembered it was my birthday, and made the effort to ensure we knew they were available for anything. The room was comfortable and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful, including 2 types of berry sauce, syrup, whip cream, and sprinkles for the waffles. The breakfast staff was on top of everything that needed refilling or tidying. The pool and waterslides are ideal for families. They were freshly cleaned. The pool is shallow, and the hottub has a sightline of the facilities. The waterslide land in their own shoots, not into the pool.

The pool was nice. Lobby was nice. Breakfast area good. Kitchen pretty good.

Kitchen did not have enough kitchenwares (could use bowls too, dishwashing sponge/scrub, a soup ladle). Sofa bed was too narrow (thought it was at least a double for 2 people use). Breakfast service was a bit overwhelmed in the morning causing line ups.

Breakfast was great! Pool was a bit old but the kids loved it. This hotel has everthing you need while passing thorough Prince George. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and big and bright. Beds were comfortable.

There was a used facecloth hanging from the top of the shower and also the carpet had a big wet spot next to the bed.

Clean lots of amenities. Free breakfast , fruit and cookies in lobby, nice touch. Friendly staff, but we had to wait to check in because it was a busy time and only one staff to check in.

No robes, no slippers, stain on carpet but very comfy beds and clean. Gym and pool were great. Breakfast was generous and good. Beautiful hotel.
