Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower and the big bathroom. The Casino was fun!

The price, a little more expensive than I like to pay. Although the Casino food was very good, there should be more options to eat. I understand that weed is legal but I didn't like the roach butts all over the sidewalk on the way out of the back of the hotel.

It was close to the Airport and there was a restaurant down stairs. Ashtrays on the balcony for when you’re not smoking on the deck outside . If you gamble there’s a Casino more than willing to take your money .

Needed more coffee options for heading to the airport in the wee hours so you don’t have to find a Timmys or Starbucks . The 2 normal coffee pucks were not enough and who drinks decaf ?

It is very nice inside, stylish and clean. My kids loved the water slide and pool.

I found the parking lot was covered in dirt and gravel, was very dirty and dusty all over my vehicle. You couldn’t see any painted lines or whether or not there was a place to park temporarily at the front during check-in.

We love the location of this property! The manager is also awesome to deal with, always has a smile on his face!

We normally stay in the executive suites and this time decided because of a quick overnight we would stay in a standard room. I felt like they could use a bit of an update in the bathrooms. Otherwise super comfortable and clean!

I only had 1 night in Prince George and I wanted to go to the Treasure Cove casino while visiting. Everyone was pleasant and answered all my questions. I was pleased to see that a Little Bistro was open at 6 in the morning as I had to leave by 7:40 and could take a yummy sandwich with me. I had a coffee prior to that and I found it just right. Front desk helped ensure my taxi was on time. Had a fun eve at the casino and was well rested to continue my journey the next day.

The TV did not have many channels but I really didn’t plan to watch much anyways. Everything else was good.

Beautiful hotel, nice pool (horribly cold, but the kids loved it) the pool gets crowded quickly, given it’s such a large hotel.

They were doing work to the exterior of the hotel right where our room was - this wasn’t disclosed in our booking, and I would have upgraded our room had I known.

I love the cleanliness and size of the room. Beds are comfortable and a good variety of pillows. Bathroom spotless. My grandson commented on how fancy the hotel is, and he is 7!!!!!❤️ We always enjoy our stay whether it's for shopping or playing.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff member that we interacted with when we checked out was very pleasant. The AC was a welcomed relief from a days drive in the heat.

There wasn't a breakfast option provided with booking. One staff member wasn't very pleasant to interact with when we checked in.

Noticed really nice patios on the second floor from outside, asked the gentalmen at the front desk if they were rooms? he said he only started a few weeks ago and had no idea and never bothered to say he would find out and get back to us. Beside that everthing was excellent!

2 of the restaurants the breakfast and dinner ones closed ... even though i called a few days before to confirm and was told all restaurants are still running. Only 1 restaurant was open. Location is to far from alot of things but thats ok i didnt mind that too much.
