We loved the comfort of the beds for sure. The bathroom was spacious and very beautiful. Shower gel and shampoo smelled so nice. The ease to get the room was lovely as well.

We didn't get our room tidied up at all the whole time of our stay. I had to call down to request fresh towels and coffee. I had to request for the bathroom to be freshened up when it should have been completed when we were out for the day. Normally housekeeping will do a soft clean up by making beds, cleaning bathroom, quick vacuum of the carpet and restocking what's needed and this had to be asked for. Was a little loud some nights due to baseball tournament in town at the time so there were screaming and running kids for dayz in the late hours of the night.

All of the staff were so nice and extremely friendly. It really made the stay lovely .kudos to all of the staff !The pool and hot tub lovely and clean, and my grandkids loved the slide ! We also really enjoyed the little cafe in the front lobby ! So handy and the food was excellent ! Like home made ! We thought at first it was too small ( only 3 tables ) but it worked out excellent , no problem at all ( we ate there twice) !

The only thing I didn’t really like at first is the parking at the back it looked kinda sketch , but it was fine and probably safer because we weren’t parking beside people from the casino going in and out all the time

The room is beautiful the pictures online do it no justice.The bed is soft and comfortable,it was very clean.It is big and the whole hotel is very stunning.We went for our anniversary and the hotel staff was so sweet and caring.We left for dinner and came back to a gift basket in our room that brought me to tears.They were so thoughtful and considerate.I just cannot say enough about how amazing this hotel is from their staff to the beautiful room, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.They are worth every dollar spent.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower and the big bathroom. The Casino was fun!

The price, a little more expensive than I like to pay. Although the Casino food was very good, there should be more options to eat. I understand that weed is legal but I didn't like the roach butts all over the sidewalk on the way out of the back of the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helped me with an issue that came up without even batting an eyelash. I'm absolutely staying here in the future just for the service alone, even though my room was bigger than expected and comfy. Amazing hotel. :)

Hate! Hate! Hate the coffee bar in the room. I realize it probably saves a lot of money for you because most of us won’t use it but at your rates I feel I should have coffee at my disposal when I wake up.

It was close to the Airport and there was a restaurant down stairs. Ashtrays on the balcony for when you’re not smoking on the deck outside . If you gamble there’s a Casino more than willing to take your money .

Needed more coffee options for heading to the airport in the wee hours so you don’t have to find a Timmys or Starbucks . The 2 normal coffee pucks were not enough and who drinks decaf ?

It is very nice inside, stylish and clean. My kids loved the water slide and pool.

I found the parking lot was covered in dirt and gravel, was very dirty and dusty all over my vehicle. You couldn’t see any painted lines or whether or not there was a place to park temporarily at the front during check-in.

We love the location of this property! The manager is also awesome to deal with, always has a smile on his face!

We normally stay in the executive suites and this time decided because of a quick overnight we would stay in a standard room. I felt like they could use a bit of an update in the bathrooms. Otherwise super comfortable and clean!

I love the cleanliness and size of the room. Beds are comfortable and a good variety of pillows. Bathroom spotless. My grandson commented on how fancy the hotel is, and he is 7!!!!!❤️ We always enjoy our stay whether it's for shopping or playing.
