The service was great, the main hotel area was very clean and the stay for the night was very quiet, which is great, especially for a Saturday night

There was hair left on the floor behind the bathroom door, the baseboards also had hair on it along with dust etc as well as the office desk chair, which a quick wipe down would have done the job as well as a thorough check after a clean would be beneficial. A small water kettle for tea would be nice to see added to the coffee area, or an option to ask for one to use would be great. The coffee maker isn't any use for just hot water for tea due to the fact it hot water ends up with a slight coffee taste. Other than these minor issues, I enjoyed my second solo stay at this establishment. Thank you

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had originally booked did not have air conditioning so they gave us a suite at no extra cost which was fabulous. The room was very spacious. It had a full kitchen and all the amenities which was nice for the price.

The pillows were a little flat but the bed was very comfortable

Staff are all really nice, professional. Close (easy walk) proximity to restaurants- Moxie’s, Earl’s, Denny’s. King 1 bedroom suite was a pleasure (apart from the following comment about the tiny toilet and awful soap/shampoo etc.)

The toilet is ridiculously small to sit on -(I’m an average build 200 lb 5’11 guy.) In addition, the shampoo/ moisturizer might be acceptable for an 11 year old “Twilight” fan, but grossly sweet for a grown up. The bar of soap offered is too small to make a lather. (I used to bundle up my used bar of soap, shampoo, and moisturizer from your hotel chain and take them home - left them for the trash this trip.) Also really miss the simplicity of the “Stay 12 Nights, get one free program.”

Pleasant staff, 24 hours Denny's next door. Lots of street parking. Close to CN Centre, gas stations and restaurants.

Not applicable to us, but there is no elevator to the second floor.

The parking lot is an absolute joke, the original room I was placed in reeked like cigarettes but they gladly changed my room

Front desk staff quickly fixed my error in booking the wrong date. Amazing staff and amazing rooms.

I didn't like that I missed out from booking a room here the previous week. This brand new luxury suite was an amazing deal from booking.com app. This luxury suite was cheaper than a basic room at a low budget hotel.

Free coffee in the entrance was excellent. Room is redecorated from last time we stayed....lovely, It did not catch fire like the place we stayed the following day in Hope

Room was a bit small but will ask for a bigger one next time Much needed air conditioning was very loud I'm nitpicking

The guy who checked me in was so helpful and friendly, it was nice to be greeted by somebody so nice after such a long drive.

Parking would have been ok, but a truck hauling a trailer that took up 6 parking spots. I , as an elder 73. Using a cane ,Had to park on road. I got a room upstairs , had to climb steps, twice to pack my suitcase and a bag by myself , no help. The woman at front desk , when I asked wr the room was, she pointed to her right and stated around the corner, no eye contact. . So i hobbled back to my car, drove around building, no parking left. Backed up in between car isle in the dark, i went bac in to let her no, she states , no go around the bend here, again points, i walk bac around corner to check, there’s stairs . 😣
